If you put everything in a blender is faster. The eggs go together you don't need to separate them. No need the 1/2 C of sugar ehe Condensed milk have enough?

Roz Ferguson she used the eggs yolks from the very start of her vid. she had two batter because the first one was a mixture of the egg yolks, milk and sugar and etc and 2nd batter were a mixture of cream cheese, egg whites and salt.
Rather than throw your product that's in the strainer away, you could always blend the last 1/2 cup, that would eliminate any lumps. Thanks for the recipe!

is there anybody know here. that baking is the hardest part of cooking? there's some rules and procedure how u make a good and soft cake. she mixed up everything one by one co'z she want to aim the quality of cake.
i agree with you..one mistake will have uneven result.....by watching any vlogs about baking we normally think its simple and easy but once we try doing it we'll definitely respect all the bakers for all the hardships just to offer us tasty cakes and pastries...
