    I made this! Absolutely 💯 perfect. Not too soft, just right. I just added a hint of cinnamon into the caramel! Professional finish! Thank you!

    This is how l learned how to make cream cheese flan. Separate eggs and whites . Use 1 cup sugar and mix with cream cheese until very smooth . Add egg yolks one at a time till well combine. Add vanilla, than milk a little at a time till very smooth. Meringue the egg whites, than fold into mixture . This will make it the flan fluffing.

    350F for 40min. After Flan is cool down, no refrigerator? hot bath for 4 min. to separate it. Isn’t correct? Làm caramel có nước. Hai cộng thức như nhau nên So sánh với Foodchops.

    I know you don't want to waste egg whites but if you reduced egg whites, your flan would be much creamier and smoother. Egg whites stiffen the cream.
    I followed this recipe to a T and forgive me for saying this but this is not the "creamiest" flan that I ever had.
