Dude Escanor was introduced in a badass way and held that badass till the final episode of the season. He took out more enemies then the seven deadly sins did at that time and even not at full strength took out two more then walked up to someone who had all advantages and told him why fear who is weaker then me and destroyed him lol
@@vegeta2998 what's crazy is as powerful as Escanor is, there is only one minute of the day he is stronger than Meliodas.. prior to gaining the Demon King's powers. In the current story, Meliodas has no equal.
@@shadowproductions969 honestly its not just the raw power, it is the persona to back it up that is impressive. The man had some discouraging nightmare attack on him, and he turned it around into powerboost by making the nightmare be like the sun. All of the seven deadly sins often exemplify the virtue that is also the opposite of their sin. And that is the thing about Escanor's pride; its not built upon thinking less of others. Though he does think himself as more.. he is never endangered/threatened/angered by someone 'lesser' potentially being stronger or wanting to fight him like your typical arrogant villian would.
God can I just say this is absolutely fantastic? Like... The feel of the song is so epic, and the vocals are amazing too!! Just breathtaking!!

Just to put into perspective, the red guy in armor is a powerful demon - one of the Ten Commandments who carry a curse that's activated in their presence - is Galand of Truth. If you tell a lie or go back on your word in his presence, you'd be immediately turned to stone.
Escanor claimed that he alone stands at the pinnacle of all races. _He never turned into stone_ .
Also they were playing a classic drinking game of "I'll hit you as hard as I can and then you hit me as hard as you can." Galand literally leveled mountains with his attack but couldn't penetrate Escanor's muscle. When Escanor readied _his_ attack, Galand turn and ran which caused his own curse to backfire.
Melascula tried to swallow Escanor's soul but was burned to a crisp from the inside out. He took out two extremely powerful demons without so much as breaking a sweat.
In his fight against Estarossa - who's commandment was Love, so anyone with hate in their hearts couldn't fight, Escanor was the only one who could fight back, and his power/heat was raised so by the noonday sun that the heat radiating off him melted armor.
And if you think "Oh, I'll just attack him in the dead of night, then!", you will pay dearly for it when you discover that he has the ability to summon a substantially potent fraction of his daytime power - albeit for a very short while - that has been demonstrated to almost kill several of the Ten Commandments.

I don’t actually like seven deadly sins for a number of reasons, Meliodas being the biggest reason, but Escanor is the character I truly adore. Despite being proud, he is also humble. His power is just that great, especially in the afternoon when the sun is highest, and few have a proper defense besides waiting for nightfall. But despite all this, Escanor is true to his friends, and he’ll never really brag about his skills. Just state facts.
Yeah, people forget there's a HUGE difference between Pride and Arrogance

@@godspeedgames7441 am is the morning and start of the day, the first 12 hours, 0:00 (midnight, 12am) to 11:59, once you would start to use pm, 12:00 (noon/12pm) you just keep adding the hours onto 12:00 so 1pm is 13:00, 5pm is 17:00 its basically just counting hours since midnight and resetting every day whereas normal time resets every 12 hours and calls itself am or pm
