This week I bring you a new anime inspired song for Trevor Belmont from the popular series Castlevania on Netflix. I watched all four seasons of Castlevania and knew I wanted to make something BIG. Castlevania has one of the most underrated animations I have ever seen or heard of.
The amount of love, work and just pure detail put into it is amazing!

I love how this song perfectly captures Trevor's spirit, will, and drive to keep going. Despite all the hardships he has gone through, he proves up to the name of Belmont. And out of everything, this song is nothing but pure testosterone and heroics.
I definitely gotta rewatch Castlevania again during the summer this year. Like Cyberpunk Edgerunners, it’s just a crazy ride from start to end.

After the latest trailer for Nocturne, that first part did not age well.
At the end changing the “You” to “We” in the chorus makes it have such a different message but still fit Trevor so much

I like the sudden change from "You'll Fade" to "We'll Fade" showing that he truly did NOT fear death and was ready to die then and there.
Divide somehow always hits that blend of strangely familiar comfort in the sick guitar and drums, yet still manages to surprise me with things like the chord progression and vocal rhythms. I've started to just accept I'll never understand how this man does it

I have listened to that like 30 times and holy hell, that has to be the coldest hardest bar made of depleted uranium. And yet it is sung in a light angelic voice. Seriously If I took that lyric and just showed it on paper to people and asked them to sing it how they thought it was supposed to be sung. They would never guess it wasn't from a heavy metal or 90's gangtsa rap album.
This song fits Trevor Belmont character so well. And the line "I ain't scared of dying" is accurate because he's not scared of death.

This song perfectly calls out why it was Death Trevor went one on one with and not Dracula. Trevor fought a lot of his life wondering if he should help and all he ever wanted was to help but he felt dead inside because the world hated him. Dracula fought because the world took what he loved where Trevor had to fight the world to find his love.Dracula didn't oppose this but Death did.

This was written so well! The orchestral elements, the well written guitar work, instrumental on point in general, the vocals that feel like you are being carried on the breeze as you say goodbye and the screams that drive the force forward leading to the powerful battle cry esque segment. This is just a 6 minute masterpiece
