Let's take a quick tour of the VIEW TALEY 6 BEACH CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX (Pattaya, Thailand). Excellent location with access to both the main north/south roads near the water: Second Road and Beach Road. I show you the Beach Road access via an electronic gate on the west end of the complex. The main entrance hallway is lined on either side with businesses: salons, massage shops, laundry facilities, restaurants, maintenance/repair shops, convenience stores, etc. almost like a self-contained city where one can find many items without having to leave the building. My apartment is a large studio on the 11th floor equipped with full kitchen and fridge, king-sized bed, computer table, flat screen TV, and balcony. The pool is on the 3rd floor at the end of the main entrance hallway. The main pool is large with a smaller section for families/children. Plenty of parking available on the two floors below the complex. Great location and amenities!

Thank you for sharing. It was my first location when I came to visit almost 13 years ago the only mistake I made was the view faced the parking garage. Great location.
Thanks Ira!...agree, if the view is important, the sea view rules, but in terms of value, I didn't see the view as something to justify over twice the monthly rental...my concern was any noise coming from the garage which has not been an issue and being high enough up to avoid the street din...sleeping is my number one priority with a room ...thanks for the view and comment

Thanks Gerhard!...yep, nice weather too and still not a drop of rain...its been cloudy at times, bit no rain and very warm....swimming in the pool whenever I can....

I stayed at VT6 in 2022 for 8 months, on the south side, 5th floor middle of building. The only issue I had was the dogs in the vacant lot, which they relocated. Great location, but for long stay, on the pricy side. Even was able to walk to Central Festival unmolested, during Songkran, Hate getting toilet water sprayed/thrown on me.....
Thanks JD!...so in addition to the dogs, you heard the sound of the Asian Kohl every morning as well hiding in those trees on that lot...'Uwww-Whoo'...😁...that call always reminds me of Thailand.😅..agree, long stay here is on pricey side, but with some negotiating, can sometimes lock in a good deal, as location is stellar....thanks for the view and comment....

Thanks SA!...unfortunately I cannot, but a quick google search should give you something to choose from....not sure if there are 2 bedrooms in VT6?....found some nice 1 bedrooms to view on Cando Holiday Service site which has an office in VT6 right in that main hall, plenty of others....just be aware most of the rates advertised are for longer term: 6 months or longer....happy searching....thanks for viewing and commenting

Thanks DW!...I assume you mean the parking garage side where I'm staying....great question as I forgot to mention that. I found it very quiet for sleeping and I'm a light sleeper..👍...during the day. can be somewhat noisy with the vehicles and there's a speaker recording in Thai as the cars come in and out, but really not bad at all.....also the higher the floor the better....thanks for watching and commenting....next video already posted....✌✌

This is a perfect place to stay for a vacation. I'll be staying there in a couple months, and luckily will be on the south side of the building and will have a nice sea view.

You did not miss it...I've reposted here what I've said before - see the following: 'not going to discuss my rent based on the circumstances I've outlined in previous requests as that varies given the owner, agency, season, type of view, and length of stay. Best to give more general ranges: High season and shorter time - 30,000 baht/mo and up (850 USD)....Low season longer time (6 months or more) - 20,000 baht (550 USD)....again, these are not the rooms with views. North-facing and the lower floors....double those prices for seaview rooms'....

Good question 1lime...there is no gym in View Talay 6, but one of the best gyms you'll find is just south of VT6 on Second Road in the Pattaya Avenue Complex: Fitness 7 Gym....

@@GaryGozo I would absolutely love to know how to get those "covid lockdown" prices. Going through Honey's low season over $1000 (and my electric was $200) and high season looks to be $1500+. I like the building so much I did bite the bullet last January and paid, but, the prices are so outrageous for Pattaya I'm trying not to do it again. My friend stayed at the Base for like 400-500 a month meanwhile. (Honey's also lists on Booking, and it looks more costly but actually includes electric so it's more or less the same.)
Totally agree with you P!....for the Base, that seems unusually inexpensive (if that is high season pricing)...and Base isn't as nice as VT6 overall IMHO...although the rooftop pool is very impressive.....problem is, most owners (those in VT6 included) don't like to commit to short-term rental hoping for long-term deals, so they wait until a month before high season to open bidding for short-term.....difficult to plan as a potential tenant...
