Sadly, those large air con units on central are incredibly noisy and on 24/7. I know this from a friend who stayed there on a similar level floor and had to move out after a week. I do have other friends who live there permanently and love it, but they are on the other side. VT6 remains one of the best locations to be based in central Pattaya.

I saw a survey regarding rent amounts and the majority of participants claimed it was under 10,000 a month, greater % than what I expected. I'd imagine those paying more don't care much for tours or offering their experiences.

No noise at night. But dogs barking in the morning on Walking street side as there is a vacant block with heaps of stray dogs in there.
