Dude, I've been watching your vids for probably close to 2 years.
You seem like a genuinely nice guy.
I'm not saying this to be mean, but you've really got to up your game.
Your videos, your presentation hasn't seemed to improve at all in two years.
You don't need to tell people the obvious. People know what closets, desks, and stove tops are used for.
Provide info people actually want to know : What's the rent for 1, 3, 6, 12months?
How many square meters is the room?
What are the electric and water rates?
Where is it? You showed 3 units in Jomtien and 1 in Central Pattaya. While Jomtien is technically part of Pattaya, anyone who's been here knows they're very different places.
What's in the area? How far is it to a mini-mart or market, baht bus, beach road or 2nd road, or 3rd road.
When people love what they do they often strive to improve.
You may want to try just taking the video and recording the audio after. Think about what you want to say and script it out.

Most of them want long term rentals. If I remember correctly one of the condo complexes was called City Garden Olympus
Not 100% sure, but I'd guess the 1st one is View Talay 5D (closer to 2nd road). 2nd is View Talay 5C (closer to beach road). 3rd is Jomtien Plaza Condotel.

Some people don't realize how hard it is just to get permission to film certain places. Sometimes my mind isn't always 100%, because I have to think about what to shoot how quickly need to shoot, the next shots, then have to edit it all myself too. I enjoy making videos but it is also considered a small business for me too as I receive payments every month from TH-cam. Of course will try to make videos better going in the future but some days you are just trying to do your best with the energy that you have that day.

For future videos, a renter's decision criteria are: First, WHERE is the condo. Second, HOW BIG is the condo? Third, HOW MUCH is the condo. Many of us long-term renters in the Pattaya area have wasted time researching a new home only to find that it is half-way to Rayong and only big enough for a midget who only own one pair of shoes. I wasted 10 minutes watching this video.

I think you would be better off with these videos if you were honest. The second one had so little cupboard space in the kitchen that they had to store the electric frying pan in the clothes wardrobe.

Is it worth it to use an agent to find a condo for 2-3 months or just use airbnb/ facebook marketplace? Would the agent's commission, but lower cost for monthly rental end up being a similar price to finding a higher cost monthly rental on airbnb/ facebook marketplace?

How big are these condos? I don't like the layouts at all. I prefer both the bathroom and the kitchen are in the back not at the front door.
Most are around 35 square meters
Usa be like 10k a month rent
