23000 is expensive for a studio. View or no view. And no gym. The rent is too high

People do pay for the location. In high season the rooms are almost all full and the rents will be between 20000 and 35000 base on the view

Can find better room at view talay 6, this one you show I don't like it

Yes there are better rooms specially if they are closer to the beach so the moment you enter you have a full view of the beach. Few have invested more in their condo and made it more beautiful and luxurious and of course they also charge higher rent like 30000 Bhat. The price can be lower in low season or if you rent it for a year. The room I showed was the only vacant room available.

Hi, yes you should just go there and talk to them. Probably the better rooms that are closer to the beach on the walking street side may be 25000 to 30000 because it is also high season
