We got this UpWalker for my Dad. Shop around because prices vary. We watied until it was a price we could afford.

I JUST ORDERED ONE AS I'M HAVING A KNEE REPLACEMENT THIS WINTER . I ALSO WORK 45 HOURS A WEEK AND MY BACK JUST KILLS ME WHEN I GET HOME. WITH THIS I CAN WALK AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD WITHOUT ANY PAIN AND GET THE NEEDED EXERCISE. SOUNDS GOOD TO ME,

Has this walker a way to use it as a temporary wheelchair (to be pushed by somebody) like the standard rollators?
Hi there, thanks for your message, however, we do not recommend the use of the UPWalker seat in this manner (being pushed along by someone). The seat assembly is for meant to be used for resting in between period of walking, not as a wheelchair. Additional information can be found at upwalker.com.

Can the handlebars be adjusted to any angle?
Hi Groot, the hand grips can indeed be adjusted at an angle which you find comfortable to your hands and wrists.
UPWalker is it also possible to have the handgrips be at 2 different angles (ex. 1 set vertically and the other set at 45 degrees)?

can you find these for rent? Usa & Ireland?
There are some physical therapy practices which use them helping patients with gait training, but not rentals we're aware of. They do fold easily for transport in cars and for traveling. Hi Barbara, Medicare does not cover all mobility products and we are not a Medicare approved provider, however, the UPWalker may be potentially reimbursable subject to a Physician Authorization provided to your Insurance Provider that justifies medical necessity for "at-home" use. There are HCPCS codes that could apply (check with your doctor) but it is at 100% discretion of your Insurance Provider and/or Medicare to make that determination in their sole discretion.
