Keith, it's a full body exercise to encourage alignment, coordination of breath, flexibility, and more. I don't think you can categorize it as 'arms', 'core', 'legs', etc.
GKCgoju Personally I didn’t think that either. Lol. I even wrote that in my journal. I’m doing on my core day. I have a physically demanding job, and have little time for healing and rest. I have to watch it or I have trouble on either side ...work vs training. As of now I am able to avoid being sore every single day, and seeing great results without affecting work performance.
Are these more for core or arms? I am currently doing them on my days set aside for core as opposed to my arm day.
