    I LOVE THIS ONE!!! It's so hard to find resistance band workouts that focus on set up as much as the actual moves. Some trainers will just zip from one move to the next with so little down time that form gets sacrificed so this was an awesome vid! Never felt pushed or rushed and got a good burn!

    Good balanced workout! (Coach, I had to smile a little because I used to make the same pronunciation mistake-quadruped has three syllables: kwa’-drew-ped (not kwa-droopt :) -from Latin meaning “four legged”.

    I do have one question, how many days a week should I be doing this routine? Also, how do I incorporate a stationary cycle cardio regimen with this routine?
