For a happy hormonal life, eat butter. 120grams a day. Will make symptoms reside, if not disappear. Menopause and pmt etc are a modern phenomenon that we have been programmed to believe is a thing. It is only a thing because of our poor diet. Saturated fat every day.
I'm going to respectfully disagree with the wig dislikes. As someone who has two big bald circles right on top of my head, it's opened up a world of possibility for me. I had no idea wigs could look so good. Love your hair either way, Cee!

When you're familiar with a workout routine it's easier to focus on proper form, get a better connection to the target muscle and know when it's time to increase the dumbbell weight. For this reason most people complete the same workout three times before moving on to a different video. But, if picking a different 30 minute workout each time helps you to be consistent, DO THAT!
Hi, Cheryl. I noticed that the weights in your new videos are lower than in the previous ones. For example, in the past, you used 55 lbs for the gobbling squats. In this video, it is 45, if I remember correctly. Is there any particular reason? Thanks so much for the great workouts! And you look fabulous.
Thanks for your workouts! I found you a few weeks ago and am a new subscriber. Forgive me if this has been asked before but have you ever considered doing voice overs to talk about proper form tips? I know I can watch your form, but if my head is down in a particular set, I don’t want to crank my neck with bad form. I personally don’t think we can ever have too many tips about good form, especially as we age. Thanks for your consideration and for your content!! ❤❤

Life has been crazy and I missed a workout last week and got off track this week, but I'm determined to get in my 3 workouts this week and most importantly get my eating back under control! Hi Cheryl, I have been doing your 30 minute workouts for well over a year - I love them. I will be 70 in early 2025 and think your workouts have helped me stay strong. I recently hurt my neck, and have had a few weeks off of most of my working out. Just getting back now. My fav workouts from you are the 30 mins where you talk all the way through and they begin with the warmup - but I am having a hard time finding them? Are they still here?

Can you provide alternatives to bent over rows or back strengthening exercises? I find I have injured my lower back multiple times due to these exercises.
Sunday, Sept. 22, 2024, Day 3. I was really afraid to try this new format, but I told myself I would try one workout. Turns out, I love this format. The advantage of this format is I can lift at a slower pace during the 40 seconds on and still usually get 12 or more reps. I had to sometimes slow down the regular 30-minute workouts to x .75. This one seemed to fly by. I really really like it. By the way, I know we are keeping track of the weights we lift, but what about reps? Are we keeping track of how many reps we do? Thanks for another great workout, Cee!
And I will add, after reading other reviews below, your grey hair was authentic and actually inspiring to me which is probably what really got me to try you out. Both ways look good on you. Just know your grey was not bad. And you do look way younger as a blonde.
Because I start my workout very well hydrated, ALWAYS! Thirst is a signal you’re under-hydrated. I don’t get thirsty during my workout but I do take in water immediately after 😃

I agree, not to be horrible, but truthfully I find the wigs distracting, like someone playing dress up. Far prefer the original authentic hair.
