    You guys made me start working out again because you’re being real. You’re not promising unattainable results. You two are all about the process of it all rather than teh results which I thoroughly enjoy. I feel a little bad knowing that I’ll be dead by the end of the workout and Claudia is pregnant and probably look as stunning as ever.
    I appreciate you two very much. pls keep going

    I feel like I have heard Claudia say “you can follow me for the easier modifications, which are really important for me right now because I’m currently pregnant” ALOT! All my favorite videos in fact. Guess this will end up being another of my favs. Almost an entire year working out with you guys, 35 pounds down, 12 pounds of muscle built. Never thought I’d ever find something that worked, let alone miss when I don’t workout at least 4 days a week

    I love your workouts! As a lifelong athlete and yoga instructor, (still gaining strength in my 60's) I'm especially appreciative of your clear descriptions and encouragement to those who may be new to training. Your easy banter with each other doesn't feel staged or stilted, and it doesn't overtake the primary focus on workout protocols.
    Could I perhaps make one suggestion? As a female athlete, I'd appreciate it if Claudia occasionally performed the more challenging moves. I'm sure there are other women (particularly young, impressionable women) who would like to see her take the lead sometimes. Just a thought.

    YOu both are the best; from the lovingly teasing banter, constant encouragement you give the audience too keep going, not hiding when you both may fumble words or in a move. So happy I had your teams videos to rely on during quarantine and even now. My body has transformed so much using solely your youtube videos for strength training at home.
