Nice, I am surprised that you didn't weigh the seeds, either 10, 15, 20 or 25 grams are typical weights for a 10x20 try. From my experience it looks as though you put down about 20 grams. If there is too much, airflow is restricted and mold can grow quickly, too little seeds and the tray, your time and effort won't be maximized, imo.

Why sunflower needs soil to grow and can't be grown hydroponically?
I was following these instructions and added 2 cups of water. It was very wet. I looked at the instructions and it says 1 cup.... Idk.
Same here and I didn’t get a good crop, I’m gonna try the two cups and see what happens
