I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

    I've been doing that pull ups dumble for about 2weeks and feeling ko malambot parin ang shoulder ko. Nung napanuod ko to kaya pala ganon kasi hindi proper ang ginagawa ko. And i started doing what rendon said na tamang form ng pag buhat and bro ginawa ko. Nafeel ko ang pagtama sa shoulder ko at sa palikpik ng katawan ko (under arm) at mas tumigas ang shoulder ko.

    Na iinspired and na momotivate ako mag work out ulet boss rendon dahil nakikita ko dito sa beginner workout shoulder and arm yung mga kulang saken . Merun po kasi akong muscular imbalance/ uneven shoulder and sa braso din sir rendon dahil siguro to sa maling work out ko before na basta basta nalang mag bubuhat .
