Idol Gusto ko din mag palaki tulad mo salamat sayo ang dami ko natutunan sayo nag sstart na ako mag gym 1week na po lods Sobrang payat ko kasi nabubully ako lagi payatot tawag sakin 😅 pinapanood ko now lahat ng tutorial mo lods gagayahin ko pati mga advice mo gagawin ko.
Mostly na oovertrain na natin ang front dealts kaya for me mas maganda kung sa lateral at rear delts mag focus

salamat sa tips mo lods, pero sa case may elbow injury ako kung malayo ang weights sa elbow mas na stretch ang forearm muscle kaya masakit sa elbow, ang ginagawa ko light to moderate weight lang tapos bend kunti ang arm para less tension sa elbow.
