Been doing these dumbell workouts since 1993.....💯🗣💀💪and those are called Arnold's....dumbells presses wit the twist at the end........originally called Arnold's 🗣💯💪💀

A lot of delt/shoulders and some legs. No chest and I've seen some stand up dumbel chest exercises in the past. Another example of someone just wanting us to watch...

This completely neglects the lats and chest. I understand that it is a standing dumbbell workout but it isn’t full body. Not training the lats and pecs which are two of the biggest muscles is far from full body.
