    Coach Rendon,alam moba oh napag aralan muba na masama ang nag totwist or twisting kya yang arnold press mo actually kasamyan sa worst exercise kasi hindi naman naiikot ang wrist arm kya kita mo maraming sumasakit ang wrist arm
    Ng iba sa mga body fitness speciall sa mga body building…sana malaman muyan✌🏾…patiyang pinapademo ng db side lateral ay mali mali na,dapat bang kpag nag side lateral ka eh kasama pati bewang mo,ibig sabihin hindi ka stilto sa pagtuturo oh kulang kaparin sa correction exercise✌🏾no hards felling bro💪🏾…dagdag kaalaman lng para sa atin✌🏾konting reserch pa.

    Question lang po sir Rendon Halimbawa po pag ang workout nyo gaya nyan shoulder,. kailangan ba lahat ng equipments na pang shoulder gagamitin mo o gagawin mo,. ano po ba ang tamang workout kapag nag shoulder, chess o back,.
    yung mga importanteng program mga ganun po... kase may mga nakikita akong nag woworkout kanya kanya silang style o program,. sana mapansin nyo po ang comments ko para mabigyan linaw din po sa lahat lalo na sa mga beginner na gaya ko,.

    Coach comment kulang syo sabi mo dpat correct dapat yung mga workout na gagawin mo...sa aking pagkaka alam ang arnold pres is worst exercise sapagkat hndi normal yung kanyang movement sa dahilang nsya ay nag tutwist..ikw nga ang nagsabi hindi ganun kalakas ang wrist mo bkit kkailangan pang mag arnold twist! Sabi nga ng mga certified theraphy masama iteist ang mga joints ksi hndi nman sila nag rorotate kung yun ay nababasa mo...yun lng ang aki bk ksi nakalimutan mo, ksi nga marami nmang front shoulder exercise na pwede monaman ibigay bkit yung may twist pang kasama...worst na nga nman daw yun,sk pagkakaalam korin coach sana babasa ko ang mga joints ntin hndi ganun kalakas yung mga muscle oh yung ligaments nanakakapit sa kanila kya ipinagbabawal yung mga twist sa mga joints at pag bonce na paggamit sa pag eexercise ng mga sumusunod! Yun lng coach✌🏾uulitin ko at sinabi morin ito,shoulder,shoulder lng hndi kailangan ang magtwist!.
