Basically in everyday life, some people hit a wall when they actually realise they have no control (after deep thought or maybe a panic attack or using a substances), and the rest of the way they fear that this will come back which causes a lot of suffering. This is the basis for many panic disorders and a lot anxieties. It is very nice to see a sound explanation on how to solve this problem. Thank you for sharing!

33:00 this reminds me of a realization I had during M1 year where I noticed that before the way I was studying for exams was studying until I "knew that I knew" something. And then I realized I could study until I just merely "knew it" and move on. It's as if the former process was all this extra effort to create a flag on the metadata of a piece of knowledge when the latter process was sufficient to actually learn the content.
