How to mix coolant / antifreeze concentrate and water! Easy DIY

So if you are doing any work on your cooling system, you are going to lose some anti-freeze. You can either buy premixed 50/50, or buy the concentrate and mix it yourself. Here's how:

I keep a 5 gallon bucket that's dedicated just to coolant. Bucket, lid, dump both gallons in. When not in use lid goes on and it goes under the work bench. Had this system for 3 years, bucket is still perfectly clean inside.

Supposedly -62F degrees is 60/40, -34F degrees 50/50, -12F degrees 40/60 ration. Regardless of ratio 260-270 F (same) degrees upper

I know a guy who swears that he only put a quart of anti freeze in his car. The rest is water.

@@Mylifeinthepits the first thing you do When taking your vehicle to a Quik Lube shop is tell them "Don't top off the radiator". They top off with Water.
