Just recently flushed and renewed cooling system on my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara with Prestone , even though Prestone is rated at 300k miles Suzuki recommend coolant renewal @ 50K with an Ethylene Glycol based coolant , and with 118 K miles on her am quite , "beyond " happy to use Prestone especially as I got 8 litres for next to nothing from my local supermarket discount loyalty Scheme.
@@quietstorm7826 Well, Prestone is Green, I should add, that @ around 70K miles I had a new rad fitted due to original leaking,( no big deal , 70k is reasonable) but the garage put RED in at the time. I only renewed my coolant because if you run the math it falls on Makers service schedule of 50k miles. SO, Prestone is GREEN. and as said , its ethylene glycol based stated by Suzuki, and got it for Like 95 % discount , and its readily available , ITS GREEN, totally happy with it so far , heater working like no tomorrow.

I am voting for Supertech Extended Life Concentrate for $9.95 / gallon at Walmart.
A 50 50 mix is no good in the colder parts of Canada! You need a minimum of 55/45 that will bring your freezing point upto -45F
How is PEAK number 1 vs Rotella being number 2 ? Rotella offers protection up to 1,200,000 miles.
Is it just me or is the thumbnail a picture of windshield wash fluid being added?
The blue stuff for a 17 Nissan Versa
Rotella red antifreeze
Those are horrible suggestions!! There's ZERO scientific proof to support your claims. I choose my coolant ONLY based on scientific proofs
