Aussie law student here. I cannot thank you enough for these videos and your effort into them. I'm in my second year of law school and after an abysmal semester due to overworking at my day job (which I have now left in order to recover my grades), your videos have been my saving grace to help me lay the foundations for my grade recovery. Thank you for your advice and everything you do.

I'm literally in exactly the same position as you! 2nd year law student trying to recover grades after trying to balance full-time work and study unsuccessfully! Hope you got through it!

This is a marvellous intro for first-year students. Subscribed immediately after watching! Thank you for this video, you really filled a gap in the current TH-cam productivity market with this one.

I am an Accounting student from an Aussie uni, I’ve just selected a law course on company and finance. I’ve got no idea about law analysis apart from preping income statement, journal entries, cashlow and whatnot. Now I’m faced with an assignment about lega issues, rules and application, recommendation, research (case law from westlaw and other reputable sources) and conclusion. I was so clouded at the time.
    Thank you so much!

hi, I'm trying to succeed in law school and I find your videos very helpful to me as I don't have any background whatsoever and I don't know what I'm doing. I need to read 15 cases before orientation and mock class and I'm trying to get tips from your videos. 4:46 you said there's a subtle difference but I can't really see or understand what it is. Can you elaborate? that would be a great help!

This is fantastic. I am curious about how different the setup of cases is in Canada vs the UK. I am looking for something like this but with a Canadian case example. I will keep looking, but I love how you show the actual case and break it down. Thanks!
