For someone who changed careers after going from law to medical school, I just have to say that man law helped me as a person so much. The fact you explained better most of my teachers is superb and upsetting at the same time

In regards to the question of contemporaneous Perception - He was at the location at the time he saw the results of the neglect and he has personal first hand knowledge of those results in which he would likely be called to testify in court. It's hard to suggest that someone could have personal first hand knowledge that meets the requirements of admissible testimony but isn't considered a contemporaneous perception... or "he didnt' see it at the time he saw it".

“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
      ‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭NIV‬
ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.””
      ‭‭Luke‬ ‭19:10‬ ‭
God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved from the eternal fire and have eternal life in Christ Jesus!! 💖 May God bless you all! 🕊❤️

Sorry but the first question is always... why am i looking at this case? Then, is it relevant to the area of law i am investigating? A murder trial is probably not relevant to a contract dispute. The next question is, can i quickly rule out this case from my research? The catchwords can help here, if the catchwords contain a phrase or word that is similar to what you are thinking about then its likely it could be relevant.

hi, it's called "stare decisis" (latin) and is the principle that every decision in common law systems contains a sort of hard core, a rule applied to the present case, that another judge, in a similar case, must to follow. It's for this reason that in common law countries you have both laws and judiciary decisions to make the rule system. Hope i've been clear.

Has any budy else heard of this man.
    We'll call him No. 67.
When he does severe psychological damage to his brother over years of torment for personal gratification of the atention both his brother, and he recieved by apealing as a good man, and brother with his fake alibi in hand only until his brother swalows fifty strong opioid prescription pain killers do the cops investigate the real story away from the shalow surface of the brother's lies in webing.
That the always evil brother once caught for murder only feels bad since he will be undone.
If the cops no longer exist, and society puts him on a social pedestal for reputation damage with his showing regret.
    The real question is this.
Does he still only feel bad for being caught because the potential of negative consequence after standing on that social pedestal.
Or some how because no cops are in the case he now can express such a new found humanity for real guilt in both tormenting to the point of equivalent psychological war-fare torture of his younger vulnerable family.
For years up to decades of torture....
Take a guess of his real concerns once caught with out police aide...
