In that list of scanning the whole file in 5 minutes, should we also prefer to go through the examination of witnesses like what he have said in court . Or we should skip that?

A small remainder, people who are on TH-cam means they are doing very bad in the ground of work. A successful person will study more cases, a person who is having more leisure time will only come to youtube to make videos.
One senior advocate said the same to me ,but what he is teaching in minutes ,has never been taught by any seniors in my months of practice. This video is really helpful.
