They might go over that at trial, but right now, we're at the procedural posture of simply figuring out which court to go to, and people have lost their GD minds over a normal court process. It makes me wonder if we should just make a law saying. If you don't have at least more than a bachelor's degree, then you can't see any court proceedings other than the main one. People forget not being educated comes with a cost.

What's more is the fact that the District of Columbia usurped the constitution that bound them when the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES was counterfeited in its place. The Bill of Rights attached to the original was also usurped in place of amendments that look and sound the same but have different definitions and interpretations of language. The UK provides a compelling example of how law enforcement can effectively function without a doctrine like qualified immunity. In the UK, police and other public officials are fully accountable under both civil and criminal law for their actions. This includes the possibility of private prosecutions, where individuals can initiate criminal proceedings, a mechanism not available in the U.S. This system promotes accountability and public trust, demonstrating that law enforcement officials can indeed perform their duties effectively without the need for broad legal protections such as qualified immunity. The absence of such immunity does not impede their ability to do their jobs but rather ensures that their powers are exercised responsibly.

Police won't do their job if they can't have fun" - bootlicking Americans who were frothing at the mouth demanding the blood of people protesting the unjustified murder of George Floyd.

It’s always the same thing. A wife of an American federal against killed a young boy on his bike in Britain. She fled the country back to the U.S. and wasn’t held accountable due to her husbands federal immunity

where in the Constitution Article I Section 8 is Congress given the power to create the DEA or any policing power at all, or regulate drugs for that matter?

De facto absolute immunity. It’s next to impossible to do so.

Absolutely...there is always a civil component of something like this that can be pursued.
