two years ago i switched home workouts to crossfit and distance running. working with bigger weights and also my diet being off sometimes i gained some weight (mainly muscle though). however i realised that it was getting too much for me so now i made tge decision to come back to your workouts for at least a few weeks/months. since stopping youtube workouts i have been struggling with many injuries, maybe training with you is even safer. i am so excited for this journey❤️✨️
Did this as it premiered! Loved it. It was a tough one. A few times I thought to drop from 20lb to 15lb but I didn’t. May regret it tomorrow with those kneeling swings as my back will be upset. But this was a killer 12 minutes. I loved it all. The moves again were great. Music great. I always love your works! Thank you so much. ❤❤❤ I do hope to see some programs again like your 29 Day Rise and Shine Series and the Hybrid Series. I love a program style.
Exactly. It's actually kind of weird how so few other fitness influencers get their music right. It could be so easy to find pushing/driving music like she does. Of course she combines that with really professional, motivating exercises. A winning formula for me.
This is probably the best true core workout I've ever done on TH-cam. Did some new stuff and some stuff that's a bit more familiar. WELL DONE Edit: moved to the top of my core workout playlist. There's about 70 videos on there and this one will be in rotation.

It was a little quick on the transitions, but I really like it as it kept the heart rate up. I used 12 and 20lbs for the duration.
