  • Itlog na maalat or itlog na pula
    This is an alternative way if you want to save ingredients.
    Usually duck eggs are being brined in a water and salt solution which is equivalent to 1 cup of water is to 1 cup of salt.
    Ingredients
    Duck eggs
    1 cup vinegar
    1 cup rock salt
    is process.
    3. Hugasan ang itlog at
    4. I-roll sa asin.
    5. ilagay sa isang container
    6. Ilagay sa lugar na hndi masyadong nasisikatan ng araw o imaintain ang location around room temperature
    7. ILAGA AFTER 14DAYS
    Para sa itlog ng manok at iba pang itlog na available sa market. bawasan ang oras ng pagbabad sa suka para hindi masyadong numipis ang balat. Hugasan ito at iroll sa asin. ilagay sa lalagyan at antayin hanggang 2 linngo.

      @@marneltv9288 It's good, di lang siya nagmantika. Maybe because I used chicken eggs and not duck eggs. I can't find duck eggs here unfortunately. I read thicker egg shells works better.

      Regular na suka lang po. Sa itlog po ng manok, manipis po kasi ung shell nya compare s duck eggs pag binabad po sa suka, ninipis po masyado.

    Yun kasing ibang mga wholesaler ng duck egg, hindi na inaalis yung dumi kaya ang dami mong lilinising dumi ng itik bago mo maburo o magawang balut.
    Isang benefit na nakita ko sa method na ito is, kung may time ka or kung gusto mo, matapos mong ibabad sa suka/vinegar ang mga itlog, pwede mong i-rub off (parang nag-aalis ng libag) yung natitira pang gray o dark na spots o patches sa itlog, para mas lalong pantay ang pagkaputi ng shell. Kung gusto mong mas presentable ang produkto, ika nga.
