      Sinubukan ko na ang itlog ng manok...1 tray eggs, 1kg salt, 2 liters water...ibabad mo ng 1 month at pakuluan ng 2 to 3 hours cgurado yan magmamamtika at maalat...

    gumawa din ako niyan sa germany. preskong presko na itlog itik sa farmer kinuha ko. ganon din ang ginawa ko binabad sa asin at tubig. hindi ko niluto ng matagal. pero nagmantika din siya pag natagalan na siyang nakatago sa ref. hindi naman siya nasisira.

    Thank you very much. I tried to make salted eggs like how you taught it using water solution. Ok ang results, tama lng ang alat.. Marami lng nabasag while cooking the eggs kc sa uling ko niluto so hindi controlled ang apoy. I tried again. So I hope perfect na. God bless.

    Good choice po yang itik eggs, kasi karamihan sa nabibili lalo na dito sa manila ay gawa sa itlog ng manok mostly ay mabaho ang yari, o di naman kaya yung mga ginagawa nilan yung mga hindi na pwedeng ibenta as fresh egg o malapit nang mabugok para mapakinabangan at ma ibenta pa ng mas mahal , hindi tulad ng itik na balot at maalat lang ang purpose , pero kami sa probinsya sanay na kami na itik for general consuming like pang almusal.
