    Salamat po sa recipe ninyo. Napakasarap ng naging resulta. 13 duck eggs, 36 days pa nga lamang niluto ko na. Next time na gawa ko, huhustuhin ko ng 42 days para even ang alat mula sa white hanggang pula.

      Gusto ko yung recipe ninyo dahil sa 6 weeks. Sakto ang alat ng buong itlog. Hindi katulad ng tradisyonal na paggawa na 15 to 18 days lang subalit sobrang alat ng resulta. Kung titikman ang liquid mixture, hindi sobra alat kaya kahit tumagal ang pagbabad, hindi masosobrahan ng alat ang resulta.

      Wow ang dali lang pala kaso baka po puwede ulitin ninyo kulang kasi impo sa 8 cap ng tubig ilang cap ng asin ilang cap asukal ilang cap ng paminta at pang ilang itlog yang ganyang timpal?

    Yes ,ma'am ,nice way to make ang itlog na maalat,,i do it separate ang duck or chicken eggs,,,,they have different shell thickness, yes ,cook one ( 1) sample ,,,depends sa lasa, saltiness you like,,enjoy!!!❤ ,,yummy yummy from Miami, ilocano daytoy apo 😅

    Mabuti pa talaga gumawa nalang ng sarili lalo na kung itlog ng manok, karamihan sa nabibiling itlog ng manok na maalat mabaho, siguro yung mga negosyante negosyo muna as fresh pag may natira at malapit na mabugok saka palang gagawing maalat, maibebenta pa ng mas mahal, di tulad sa itik balut at maalat lang ang purpose, pero sa province namin sanay na kaming mag consume ng duck eggs like pang almusal or scramble etc.

    Hi Ma'am- where did you buy the uncooked duck eggs? Thank you for sharing this yummy salted duck and chicken eggs. It's very hard to find a real good salted eggs nowadays and we feel cheated every time we buy salted eggs in the market and when we open it it's not oily it's just salty and not good.       di ko pa nasubukang gamitin ulit ang pinagbabaran Lorenzo pero malamang ay puede, kaya lang ay mas matabang na ang lasa nito dahil sa nasipsip ng lasa ng mga naunang naibabad na itlog.

    Binigyan ako ng itlog na maalat, but based on past experience, Alam ko di ito nagmamantika. OK po ba na wag buksan muna ng 2 weeks? Kakatas po ba ung oil?

      kung tapos na ang proseso ng pagbuburo ng itlog, at talagang hindi ito nagmamantika... hindi man ito buksan ng 2 weeks ay di na rin ito magmamantika.

      pag mas mababa ang temperature, maburo man ito... malamang ay mas matagal at hindi makukuha yung alat at nagmamantikang resulta.

      dapat ay malamig na ang salt solution at wala ng init bago ibabad ang mga itlog dito Virginia, ganun din na mas madaling magburo ng itlog sa mainit na bansa kesa sa malamig na bansa (either shorter or longer ang pagbuburo depende sa clima ng lugar)❤
