Imperfect cell is my favorite form of his. He's a literal horror movie monster. He doesn't go bump in the night, straight up kills you and everyone around in such a horrible and painful manner. And his voice actor in both the sub and dub are just great. But Dameon Clarke really impressed me by drastically changing how he sounds for each form.

Then Perfect Cell takes the title...until Gohan is finally unleashed.
Cell’s introduction among one of coldest and chilling moments in any anime. A monster that only leaves the clothes remaining in his quest for power… with the power to inflict a fatality that even Vegeta would have chills seeing.

Imperfect Cell is legitimately scary, in a primal sort of way. You got this giant cicada scorpion thing, that goes around hiding in dark corners like a rat, waiting to grab you when you least expect it like a snake and then he drinks you like a mosquito on steroids. Imperfect Cell is the only Dragon Ball villain that really *FEELS* like a monster if you know what I mean. There are dozens of literal actual monsters in Dragon Ball, but Imperfect Cell is the only one that actively makes me consider him as such.

Man Cell introduction to me is the absolute BEST INTRODUCTION to any villain in DB history, the tension, the build up, the fact we already assume we knew who's the badguys of the saga were, this reveal is the best SUBVERSION OF EXPECTATIONS (Takes some notes Ryan Johnson), I have ever seen on any story, Cell first design is straight out of a horror film, and his Perfect form is PEEK PERFECTION indeed.
