Thank you for the knowledge. Your channel is an excellent resource for people like myself who are looking to get into this business model.
Make it happen brother!
I love how everyone believes an LLC makes you "legit". In reality, it protects the owner's assets from suit if they can't pay their creditors or employees and that is all.
Thanks for the content!
Thanks for the great tips Steve !
You're welcome brother! See you at the dump!

i was so afraid you were going to stop making videos, welcome back
Just needed a little down time!
Very educational
Thank you brother!
Thanks buddy you a wealth of knowledge! I have businesses and apartments and the apartments are tough unless you have several crews. It’s always an emergency with them. Ughh
Great content man!, do you need any special permits to haul junk in your area? Also have you ever thought about doing dumpster rentals ?
We do not. Just commercial truck a liability.
Where did you buy you sign on the side of you truck? vistaprint ones don't seem as big as yours.
The company that letters my equipment, FastSigns, made it.
2nd! Awesome as always. IPO MOFO
I’m wondering how your experience with JRA has been?
We just booked their call center and are considering buying their website/SEO/ads package. It’s a relatively large fixed expense and I’m looking to here some pros and cons about it.
Is and was a game changer for us. Noticeable job increase right off the bat.
Just signed up yesterday with that package.
thanks for the video! just wondering about truck/trailer pricing. say you charge $600 for a full load, would your half load be $300? or do you calculate that in a different way?
Would put half load at $350. It let's the customer know full loads is more of a discount.

Do you ever think about franchising?
Kind of an odd question, but what shirts do you use? Looking to change soon
Port & Company Essential Tee
@@SteveConroy1 thank you! Love the vids
@@davidgordon6547 Happy to hear it brother!
I started my junk removal business with my pickup truck, lol sadly I have only done 2 jobs, and I lost half the pay of the first job due to not being able to load a heavy 300 pound electric chair into the pickup, anyway I was wondering how do I keep from losing calls when I am on a job site and the cell is in the truck cause obviously you cant answer a phone when you are removing junk on a job? i lost quite a few jobs that day.
A always have my phone on me. Use airpods if need be so you cna work and talk at the same time. If they don't leave a voicemail, just call the number back after you finish the job or take 5 in to make/take a call
@@SteveConroy1 thanks for the advice
@@carlfrasier6304 You're welcome Carl!
The content is great and appreciated…no doubt. However, WHY do you guys that do these videos insist on recording vids when driving??? Doesn’t make sense.
Cause that's the only time I had to film a video. Always working!
What truck did you order? F 550?
Chevy LCF 4500 through JRA
What kind of shirts do you have?
Port & Company Essential Tees
@@SteveConroy1 you the mann. Thanks!
You work with checksammy
Negative
How many jobs do you do that you do by yourself
Not sure how many, but I'll do them myself or send one guy out to do a job if I know it's truly a one man job. I'm not going to take couches out of houses or basements solo if I don't have to. I have definitely done it before but it's not a good look.
U don't need a LLC
And dont think your gonna get a commercial jod done fast and efficient with a trailer🤣 you beed a heavy duty dumb truck!
