It's great to see your success and watch you scale up! Your videos really helped me start my junk removal business a year ago. Hit the point where I either needed to scale up and hire more or else evolve another way. Had issues finding reliable guys sometimes and hated having to depend on others. And I've got maybe 20 years on you and my back is starting to remind me that I'm not 18 anymore! So I just bought a roll off setup last week and 8 cans to start. Really excited to get this aspect going and see where the Lord takes me. Have a blessed 2022!

Going from one truck and trailer to four trucks in a year is a big jump. You must have been turning down a lot of jobs before. With 4 trucks you should hit $1M revenue soon. Congrats on the growth.

Personal goal for me is launching the business legitimately. Year one being commercial is a real learning curve when trying to do everything under gov and state regulations. I’m in Ma with you brother so I’m feeling the pain. Additional goal is to see that I can make enough profit to leave nursing career and go full time. I’d like to be where you are at in 3-4 years.

    For my 2022 goals
    Business wise:
Get the demolition side of the business up off the ground. I have my first demo jobs booked for next week.
Sort out the dumpster rental side of the business. I haven't decided whether to sell off the dumpsters and move on or upgrade them and up the prices.

I used to work for college hunks in south FL, and their signage was crazy. I always did it modestly but I was told to go crazy with it (like 10 signs) in one corner..because it attracts eyes. But to each their own, I hated it.
I will say though, I do do yard signs myself as a small business but I do poles with zipties (never on trees) and spread them out. It was more of a marketing test. Get alot of calls from it. But it's not something I plan on doing long term
