    It's good to hear you are still focusing on the growth of the business and doing what you need to do to grow it. You're on the right path. Keep it up and you'll be out of the truck soon, keep focused and growing!

    Been watching your videos for the last month and finally had my first job today, definitely underbid the job however I was still able to make a decent profit on a 3bed 2 bath eviction clean out. Your videos definitely helped man I appreciate it.

    Junk removal is awesome man. I started in May and I’m also a warehouse manager but I call out anytime I get jobs 😂 perks of being salaried. But last week I got a super easy cleanout for a school and got paid $4,000 for 4 hours it’s insane. Business didn’t even complain just said “let’s move forward”

    What are you using for scheduling? Payroll? Are you still using paper for receipts and accounting purposes? How was JRA to work with? Will you be at JunkCON?

    Steve, longtime follower here. Ive spoke with you a few times on Instagram as well. I would love to hear a more indepth video about SOP'S and your KPI'S for your business. My business and just grown to its 2nd truck. We now have 2 trucks, an office manager and a GM. We are growing to a 3rd truck and would love your insight on these areas. Thanks

      You need to start a TH-cam channel because I want to hear YOUR story! I’m currently trying to figure out how to make junk removal a full time job for two people.

    Hi Steve, I’m new to the junk removal industry. I’m in Worcester county, right next to your service area. I don’t know if you have time but I’ve see in other videos that you’d be willing to help someone out if they reached out to you. I’m doing ok so far but I’d love to pick your brain if you ever had a chance. I’d be willing to trade my labor for some conversation. Hopefully you see this! Thanks man keep rocking!

    Funny that you upload a video today after I looked you back up for the first time in a year or so last night now that I’m at a point where I think I would be able to try a junk removal business

    Hi Steve, good to see you back. Do you have a referral system in place?

  • @squirrelatwork

    Steve, with gad and diesel prices. Do you still offer free estimates?

    • @SteveConroy1
      @SteveConroy1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yup! I approach them a little differently now with multipole truck teams but always a free estimate.

    Hey Steve, do you currently run your own ads or do you outsource that to a marketing agency? I know you've touched on it before but it's been some time so I'm curious as to what you do now. Learned a lot from you, appreciate all the content!

    I tried having employees, can you make a video about employees damaging stuff and also stealing from you clients or making deals with clients behind your back.

    The more employees you have Steve the more problems you get. I have 30 full time guys and 2 office girls and I am like the fireman Is always putting out a fire. I do with customer's gripes all the time and I just eat it and take care of it. I had a customer a few months ago claim that we damaged his roof when my tree guys were dragging brush off of the garage and The roof was in such bad shape that anything you did would caught shingles to break it was so old. My guys claim they never went on the roof and I totally believe him because I wouldn't go on the roof it was in such bad shape. But I smoothed it over.

      A friend of mine says the same thing about his business. I think that's why a lot of people go out of business, because they don't want to or can't deal with the BS, which is inevitable.
