I have coworkers who constantly complain and half ass the job day in and day out! I see that and do everything in my power not to behave like them. I’m great at what I do and I’m often complemented by supervisors on the quality of work I do. I listen and always give tips on how the job can be done more effectively. All my coworkers look to me for advice and tips on how to do their job better. I feel as if I’m ready for a promotion and I surely have put in the work to be a qualified candidate the next time a position opens up. Videos like this just help me improve on a daily basis until an opportunity presents itself and then I’m gonna crush it! We want people who are cognitive and aware of their surroundings and are thinking. So, If you are dealing with all the minutia of every step that they need to follow, then you’re enabling them to stay stupid.
