Had he been taught the value of Integrity in business as a child/teen in the education system, then he probably wouldn't have made such a huge mistake at age 25. Academically, it's much more valuable that he pass some B.S. standardized test or be able to recall which side won some random battle in the War of 1812 and random other facts that probably won't help him succeed in a career.

My customers appreciate that and choose to do business with me. When I make a sale, it means work for the techs and engineers. There was a time when we had salesmen for everything, buying refrigerators, stereos, beds etc. But on modern times, I just need to pick up what i want to purchase and checkout, I don't need to waste time bantering with a salesperson just to add cost (your salary) to what I'm buying.

      SupremeVision It was only in the middle of his third month. This seems pretty accurate. $100,000 / 12 x 2.5 = $20,833.33 - $5,000 = $15,833.33

I was a service advisor, & I had a service manager that used to be a car salesman for a long time. He was the best salesman I have ever met in my life. Jello? Go call Bill Cosby.lol. This man makes twice amount as the average American and only saved $15K . So let's jus say he gives $10K to uncle same a year and $2K in life expenses that would be he spends $66K a year. So not only does he have a terrible spending problem but he has the nerve to cut corners. C'mon its 2017 everyone knows you need to have that Car fax report when you are selling or buying a car. I also blame the Lexus customers who weren't smart enough to ask for a carfax report. Money and intelligence are not the same thing.

It could be that dealership keeps some cars that aren’t too great for those who cant afford a nice one. Some people care more about being seen in one, than having a good car. And when someone wants to spend their money, someone will sell them something.

    • @Chrisstian111

I even had a MLA, they care about that or my well being. Now I have bunch of high price medical bill sitting on my credit. I went from 600 to down 490 credit score. I didn't like what my did to me. I decided to start my own business , no more companies controlling my future.

Honesty is the best policy I’ve been a eBay seller forever mostly high end designer clothes any rip or stain I’ll take a photo of so the buyer knows what they’re. Getting never had a issue I’ve never surprised the buyer when they bought of me they got exactly what they paid for that’s why I got 100 percent rating ! He tried to hide the info in hopes of quick sale and instead lost the whole job !
