I like this dish, looks very tasty... We have to be very careful about the non stick pans. It's says that non stick coating is very harmful to your health according to the New Research studies. So specially, the cheap Chinese products.. Never use cheap Non stick pans. Happy Cooking everyone;!

I always thought vambadhu is hard to make usually ppl deep fry them & I found it's a lot of work.
