    I was 98kgs in Jan-2020.
    Started jogging & diet from Feb-2020.
    Morning @9 : 1 cup Sprouts
    @11: Any fruit
    Lunch @ 1pm: Oates
    @3pm : Any vegetable
    @5pm: Any zero sugar juice
    @7pm : 1 fruit, 1 egg, 1 glass milk.
    My next meal will be again in the morning @9. Like wise today I.e 17/Dec-2020 I'm 78kgs. Which is the the weight according to my height. I'm 6.1 feet.

      Did you even watch the video? If I were you, I would watch it atleast and then comment..at the beginning of this video I told.."idanthe nenu follow ayyedhe..meeru kuda follow avvochu". Your comment would be absolutely true if I had spoken " idantha nenu follow ayyedhe..meeru kuda follow avvandi". There is a difference between "avvochu" and "avvandi". Hope you know the difference 🙂
