    Hi, first I saw your carnivore diet video last month, but I didn't realize how this works, later I did some research on the Carnivore diet and found amazing testimonies by various age groups people around most of them are above 30 who don't have time much to exercise, from 26 Dec on words I started doing this diet I lost almost 4 kgs, i feel so better now, In My diet excluded turmeric
    My age is 31 - Male
    I observed the following :
    PRO
    Numbness pain is reduced
    snoring is almost gone
    getting a little glow on the face
    face shape changed a little bit
    no bloating, digestion is good
    Hip pain improve
    Main: I have a pile, when I have lemon it will be too painful before the diet from the third day of the diet I noticed no pain while having lemon this is so Good
    Cons: (not Permanent in the beginning stage will face this problem as per many articles same )
    - Leg pain - resolved by taking electrolyte
    - a little bit of headache - resolved by increasing slat in food and water
    Costing for 2 weeks
    Ghee 500mg - 350
    chicken liver 1kg - 160
    chicken gizzard 1kg - 160
    Meat 2 kgs (i use Beef instead you choose Prok or Mutton as your choice ) - 600
    30 eggs - 190
    All Spice - 50
    onions 1kg - 39
    tomato 1 kg (use this while I cook meat) - 35
    garlic and ginger past at home - 100 gms - 20 (Market Price )
    it is around - 1604 Rs as Roung fig. 1700

      Aggree with you, How long u will do?? Once you jump to normal diet, u will increase ur weight with rice and sambar and biriyani....Carvinore works well. But regain is pakka..
