Food looks good 👍🏻 great job but it would be great if you can do it in house kitchen instead of a restaurant kitchen. Normal house kitchen can’t do what you do because the heat difference.
This is super delicious 👍 thank you for teaching us the easier method and yet still can taste the best of olive fried rice, especially with the fried dried shrimp and fresh shallots 😋

如果要叫橄欖炒飯,可以用烏欖,或者是欖角(欖角分廣東和潮汕的),兩者味道有接近橄欖菜,不然乾脆叫橄欖菜炒飯更貼切。但烏欖和欖角味道太潮州了,如果不是潮州人,未必接受得到,欖菜就比較可以。橄欖菜牌子不同,味道有差呢,我家裡現在那瓶就是不小心買錯了,不好吃😂。橄欖菜蒜米豬油炒蕃薯葉一流。
