Fried rice with olive vegetable 橄榄菜炒饭,小年轻听都没有听说过， 比香肠炒饭更好吃更有营养,小孩都要抢着吃！

- 已经渐渐被忘了这一道菜,罐头香港橄榄菜看似普通,却被称为养生菜，
原来用它来炒饭又容易简单又好吃。
材料A: Ingredients A:
米饭 - rice
3湯匙 香港橄榄菜 - 3 tbsp Hong kong olive vegetables
1 湯匙米酒 - 1 tbsp rice wine
1 湯匙 姜末 - 1 tbsp minced ginger
1 湯匙 蒜米 - 1 tbsp garlic
2~3粒鸡蛋 - 2~3 egg
3湯匙 油 - 3 tbsp Oil
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许 鱼露 - dash of fish sauce
材料 B(腌制): Ingredients B (Marinate):
200克 猪肉碎 - 200g minced pork
少许 蚝油 - dash of oyster sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许 薯粉- dash of tapioca flour

是，安娣，起初我还以为真的是用芥兰菜做成的橄榄菜，那么腌制黑了的橄榄菜又不像是橄榄制成的，是否是橄榄的叶子腌制的 ？
@@nancykoh3966 其实橄榄菜是用芥菜和橄榄果一起制作而成的，和橄榄叶没有一点关系。(search fm Google). 🤭👌👍❤

Never tried olive before, bought for the 1st time and cook this. It turns out nice. For people who likes chye-poh (chwee kueh) will like this olive.
It is very oil. Next time i will drain off some oil 1st. Try it, it taste very nice.
