How to Get Rid of Lower Back Pain and Increase Flexibility

  • Suffering from Lower Back Pain? Unable to enjoy daily activities or even get out of bed some days? In this video, I’m going to show you 3 Easy Stretches that can help increase flexibility and get rid of lower back pain for good. Before we get into the 3 stretches, I want you do know that you are not alone.
    You have to understand something, 64% of all adults in America will experience chronic back pain at some point of their life. And for many of us…the cause of the pain comes of imbalanced and inflexible muscles that I’m going to who you how to fix.
    I’m 42 now and started experiencing reoccurring radiating back pain at the age of 25. Partly because I spent 8 hours a day in a chair working as an accountant and partly because of hard daily Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai practice. My lower back pain would often keep me from practicing martial arts and sideline me from competition. It wasn’t I followed this regiment prescribed by my PT and become super disciplined with it that I was able to get rid of the pain. Use this stretching and lower back pain relief program to help you increase flexibility and get rid of back pain for good.

    Easy “Low Back Pain” Relief Stretching Program
    Do all 3 Stretches for 3 minutes on each side for a total of 18 minutes. Do this every other day. If you can be disciplined with this regiment it can possibly change your life for the better.
    Now you can do this one of 2 ways. 3 minutes straight on leg which is what I do Or 1 minute on each leg and repeat until you’ve done each stretch for 3 minuets per leg. Either way its the same mount of time.
    Like I said you’ll want to start in a beyond comfortable position and as your body becomes more flexible you can increase the difficulty by picking your foot up higher or in the case of the lunge stretch, leaning back further.
