  • Here is 20 day post-op update where I get to take off my brace! I actually had a scary incident of me falling which I share about in the video. Getting out of the brace has certainly a big day as it is extremely tiresome to wear. I continue to appreciate everyone's support through this journey!

I really appreciate your videos and how detailed they are. I appreciate how you tell the highs and lows so thank you! And I pray for safe recovery for you. I relate to the part about the ice in the driveways, even though I haven't had the surgery yet, I still am very careful and all of that

Hi Wesley, I know it’s been a couple years now but I can’t believe how soon you went back to work after your surgery. I just underwent acl revision surgery and I am also in my last year of PT school. I had to delay my full time clinicals by a couple months to rehab. Thanks for giving us this insight into your job!

Week 5 still in locked brace. Knee does the hyperextension thing and it will just give out on me. Ty for your guidance.

I'm on my 6th week and out of my brace the first time, do you feel like you are not standing straight and dragging your leg while trying to walk cause you feel like your knee will gave way?

Thank you so much for providing this content and showing your progress/experience. If you can recall, at this point in time 3 weeks post op what was your Active+Passive knee flexion ROM ? Also I know you were given the go ahead to take off your brace, but were there any situations in which you put the brace back on locked in extension, maybe on all that ice you mentioned? Thank you so much !

Hello yah I had a problem to like this I’m 5months and 3 weeks post surgery I slipped and fell my knee bending forward and my whole body went backwards I heard a crack in the knee, I went to ice immediately, I checked if my knee was gona collapse when I try to walk but like I didn’t feel that way it’s been a month since the fall, but my doctor said if I can walk properly and not feel like my knee is collapsing, so I’m scheduled to see this this Thursday but again mentally I have never been this scared at all
