The thing is that the doctors NEVER (as far as I know) tell you to take supplements like vitamins, CoQ10, B12 etc. Most I’ve ever discussed Vitamins with doctors is that they say ,”Are you taking vitamins?” And you say yes, and all they say is Good!!

I can’t find a functional medicine doctor so basically you have become my doctor! I have sent your videos to doctors but they are caught in the trap of ‘hospital protocol! I did not not take the vaccine and instead, an anesthesiologist friend prescribed all the supplements which I believe are keeping me healthy.

Wow!!! Doctor - truly you are on another level compared to the best of the rest😊❤🙏. The DETAIL and DEPTH you EFFORTLESSLY go into regarding anything and everything you've covered in your beautifully succinct and information packed presentations...is just f.....g awesome!
I've been listening to you here and there over the last few years.... and moreso in the last 12+ months , peaking in the here & now with me (for example) having you 'ON' all day and night. Even falling asleep and waking up to you!😅. I am scatty by my ?-deficient nature , so I'm sure that you , more than most people will understand that I'm not being disrespectful to you when I say that *Although I might have you playing all day and night , it isn't as if you have my full attention at all times.".... but , pretty much every time I do tell my inner incessant rambling to stfu , and I consciously listen to you - I am always impressed with your level of knowledge.
Dr , have you made any presentations about 'BIOLOGICS'? I am due to start on 1 of the many types of Biologics in around 1 or 2 months , for my RA and OA. I don't really want to do this though. I have been trying and failing to stick to the CARNIVORE DIET for 2 or 3 years now. I definitely have self discipline issues and issues of impulsiveness etc....
..... One would think that one would be happy to stick to any diet - no matter how bland , if one truly believes that the said bland diet (eg: a grain fed beef mince diet) will heal one's SERIOUSLY HARDCORE RA AND OA!!!!
There's a lot I'd like to ask you and would be more than happy to pay you for your time... (, and also share positive results with your audience).... but I'm getting way ahead of myself right now😅 Scuze me.
These BIOLOGICS are a big deal. Pretty hardcore meds (though all meds are hardcore dubious really , aren't they?!) and there's dozens of them , and of course each particular type of Biologics that I try ..., (UNTIL ONE THAT WORKS ON THIS HUMAN GUINEA PIG is finally realized )...requires a 3 month minimum time trial in order to know for sure if it can definitely benefit me or not....
....I just don't trust BP Dr. I don't trust the NHS of the UK where I live , but at the same time - even though I have tried and tried to do research and help to heal myself and spend all my money in the process.... I've just gotten worse!!!
I also have Chronic Venous Insufficiency....so much money on K2 , Nattokinase etc.
Gluten free. In and out of Keto with a weakness for sugar , even if just lactose of dairy , every few days. I can never quite commit to 100% required dietary dedication for 100% of the time! I am more self disciplined etc than most all people around me in my real offline life , but it's just not enough for my health to improve.
OBVIOUSLY...amongst other things I need your book , and I would trust your supplements more than most. Just a money thing , as ever. Re' supplement companies , I can't even find a PRODUCT REVIEW COMPANY THAT I KNOW I CAN TRUST...
    BOY OH BOY!😔🤯🥺😤😭🤔
I don't even know if you do consulting Dr , but if you do I'll contact you in the future when I can pay for your ever so valuable time.... MEANWHILE - Do you have anything to say about BIOLOGICS , here and now...off the top of your head?
I'm sorry if I'm being a cheeky so-and-so , but if you made a video on the subject that's good enough for me brother.
I really appreciate what you do Dr...May the force always be with you 🙏👍🙂

So, is there any negative associations from taking CoQ10 as a supplement and then after a while, stop taking it? Would it make the body function even worse after stopping with CoQ10 compared to prio taking it?

      @orion9k,
All I know is that I recently ran out of CoQ10 & muscle weakness, fatique and memory fog crept in quickly... I do have Fibromyalgia so I'm very sensitive & cognizant of my energy levels & muscle pain and strength 💪
Drove into town to resupply and took it right after lunch! Felt better in a hour! 👍🏻

The body readily converts ubiquinone to ubiquinol. Most important is to dissolve ubiquinone in oil, not water.

YOU'RE FORGETTING THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE!
Many of those deplete B1 or thiamine or as well -- and that's the foundation for producing energy and healing.
Look up interviews with Dr. Chandler Marrs on thiamine deficiency!

Hi Dr Osborne, from the Land Down Under, Oz. Thank you for your well Researched Information. Might I add a suggestion please? ... If you were to have the Material, already written on the Board, it might speed things up a little please? It’s hard to find such large chunks in the Day to watch something, while so interesting, just very long. Thank you again.🙂
