Yes! My mother increased her bone density in her late 70s by eating more keto style and taking mineral supplements including boron. It’s a terrible mistake by the medical community telling us that it’s not reversible. Kinda like how they say type 2 diabetes isn’t reversible. Yeah, it’s not if you follow conventional advice!
@@canadianbrotv1303Diabetes Type 2 is certainly reversible. You can watch multiple Endocrinology and other experts such as Dr Jason Young, William Li, Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, Mindy Peltz, etc on Weight Loss. 10% of Weight Loss can definitely start reversing Diabetes Type 2 and daily physical activities instead of being on Insulin or Metformin (which you may want to work with Dietitian experts and Endocrinologist on Weight Loss which is not covered by MEDICARE for 65 + and Disabled thanks to how ACA changed the Healthcare system for the worse). Key is Healthy Diet and "Harvard Plate" and then Intermittent Fasting 18/6, 24, 48 every 3-7 days until you Lose Weight and get to Ideal Weight calculated as Height in cm minus Weight in kg should be equal to 100-112 depending on your bone width and body build. The reason why most patients don't get this advice and behavior monitoring by Endocrinology Weight Loss doctors is because MEDICARE insurance doesn't cover such programs. Your Intermittent Fasting has to definitely be slow but consistent, as if you were to do Fasting on Water only for 24-48 hours before the surgery. During Intermittent Fasting you may be only on Water with no other sweet drinks, and Mindy Peltz talks on numerous videos on how she is recommending to do just that.
This is an excellent video by a very informative holistic doctor who care about human body and what goes inside our body. Dr. Osborne presents a lot of knowledge about all aspects of Osteoporosis. He is a true doctor, scintist, researcher, and nutritionist. I can tell he cares a lot for the well being of human being.
Excellent video, a true healer, true doctor who is passionate about telling the truth. He calls out the media, Big Pharma, and is an advocate for helping others . He backs up with research and proper nutrition Thank you for your service and your truth. Legend ❤
I've been following functional medicine for years and this was the best and most informative class I've ever seen! I love Dr. Osborne's fluent explanations going into details and the type of tests he recommends and why! I've been gluten free for years now and recently bumped up my quality protein intake along with regular exercise. Always followed a Mediterranean diet, and never been overweight but as a 54 year old female, I've never felt so healthy and fit in my entire life! I feel so privileged to have this kind of knowledge in my tool box and I'm trying to pass this along to my loved ones but it's not always easy!
Ive been thinking & researching all of these ideas since 1980s So pleased to see the younger generation in the medical profession gradually coming around to thinking that supplements plus healthy food is better than prescriotion drugs. I had to smile at the image of the typical GP ( & the specialists) pen in hand scribbling away. I am in Europe, have very expensive & excellent private insurance. But I very rarely get their prescriptions filled having learnt from experience I research what natural alternative I can use 😂
The best advice ever! Age 61, weight 58k. After feeling tired and low I set about a fix. Ordered many of the supplements you suggest ( all pure) from British Supplements. Gave up alcohol completely, reduced carbs to 100g per day. Cardio 30 mins most days. I already ate a high quality vegetarian diet (organic) I've put oily fish back in. I've stopped my levothyroxine and hrt. ( may review if necessary) seven weeks in and I feel better than I have in over a decade. It took 5 weeks to start feeling better. Keep up the good advice and thank you. Hoping to avoid the sticky plaster big pharma fix. Love your chanel.
When i watch your videos I think to myself..."Wow this one is the best so far." Then I watch another. And I say"Wow this one is the best." Your just awesome .
Dr. Osborne, I cannot THANK YOU enough for this plethora of valuable information! You answered so many questions I have had & now I am aware of the deficiencies in my health score and will now be on a mission to correct them! Seriously, I needed this clarification and have been in search of resolve and results for quite some time! You are a credit to your profession par excellence! Be Well, My Friend!
DR. Osbourne, thank you for your deep analysis of bone health. I am an acupuncturist and have worked for years to help my patients see beyond the DEXA scan and medications. Your presentation is the best I have seen and has given me so much more data to use in treating and educating those who seek help.
My girlfriend used to make fun of my "weak bones." I started reading the side effects of albuterol use and noticed that one of the side effects is in fact weak bones. Abuterol isn't the only asthma med that causes bone loss, either. Recently I found that by supplementing extra magnesium in my diet, my asthma effects were reduced by about 90%. I'm really mad that it took me the last 40 years and nearly dying a handful of times from it to find out that I have a better way to control my symptoms. I've had to use my inhaler once in the last month since starting this. Hopefully my bones will regain some of their strength, too. Anyways, posting this for others to be aware of.
My this is the BEST doctor ,Best explanation with simplicity .The world needs only 10 of them ! Thank God I landed on this video .On my road to recovery...
Excellent Information! The average doctor has very little knowledge about nutrition. Bone health is complicated and confusing. This video is one of the best I have watched. Thank you for your research.
Great info, loved this. I'm Canadian and as Canadians we hear a lot of Americans, and others say how great our health care is. Only partially, you can TRY to get your doctor to run specific tests, but as a patient, we have no control over what the doctor wants to see. If you ask what the test request form says, you get treated like you're a pariah and finding a new doctor isn't an option for most people because most are overloaded with patients and will refuse to see you if you have an existing doctor. So, in most cases, going to the doctor is useless unless you want to follow them blindly and take pharmaceuticals. Now some people are going to say my doctor is not like that and good for you but this is extremely common here.
Socialized medicine gives the appearance of helping you, but in the long run it’s not, you are not preventing future health problems, it’s a bottle of lies.
Yes, I visit doctors rarely and recently went in for a general check up cause I'm nearing 70. A new doctor, because mine has retiried. I felt like he was looking at my age rather than me, suggesting I have pap smears, mammograms, flu shots, etc. I just said, yeah, no. He didn't seem to have read my medical history which was mostly having a few sun spots removed. Maybe my dismissive manner didn't help, but rather than ask why I said no, he told me he was only trying to give me good advice.
@@NicholaWallacesame age also just went to get physical. First I have not seen a doctor in years it is always the nurse or physician assistant. Where are the doctors? Well assistant came In only listened to my heart, wanted me to have all these bloodwork I didn’t need and wanted me to have all kinds of shots and vaccines. And that was my physical done. And they get their big paycheck.Sick. I am healthy When I do go the doctor or assistant they can’t believe at my age I am not on meds. I know people that are on 3- 8 meds at much younger ages. Oh I said to her. I eat 4 eggs a day and she looked at me like I was crazy and ask OH I WONDER HOW YOUR CHOLESTEROL IS? I HAVE PERFECT CHOLESTEROL! doctors push the pills and shots. You start taking their meds and you GET MORE PROBLEMS. Thanks for reading my rant…. This doctor Osborne is good.
Not fond of going doctors Iknow everytime they give meds I listen to my body eat quality foods all organic fruits and veggies grassfed meat always active no soda bread cereals not smoking and taking quality supplements slim and trim healthy🇸🇽🇺🇸
I will integrate this in my nutrition presentations. Never heard how a comprehensive list of nutrients thst affect bone health. The latest research on partial and full vegetarian diets is also very useful. I love your drive for us to force doctors to take right nutrient assessments rather comparisons of the 35 year old. I m a nutritionist natural promoting Foods for Medicines.
I just started to see a functional nutritionist who will be looking at recent bloodwork. I know she requested my primary care doctor include ferritin but thanks to your comprehensive list, I will be checking to see if other tests were ordered. Thank you for providing the most informative video I have ever seen in the years I have been looking on TH-cam.
I have been sharing information with my Doctor. I am on a journey to good health through nutrition. Thank for educating us so that we may share with our doctors. I am 73 years old.
Very interesting as I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis- I was offered pills or choice of two injections. I said no as I don't take medication without checking side effects. But you just confirm I am doing the right thing.
Diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 70. Tested two years later after daily weight bearing exercises, vitamins and minerals supplements, t score stayed the same- at least score didn’t get worse. After 50 years of drinking non fat milk I went back to whole fat milk- and I feel better. Chemo can also cause bone loss my clinic bone nurse told me - chemo helped saved my life - and gave me bone loss- so there’s that…
Ohhhhhhh Yardley, PLEASE PLEASE research your thoughts further ! NEVER drink milk. It is the calcium in your blood you NEVER want. PLEASE check other websites. Dr. Berg, Dr. Berry, Dr. Doug Lucas. If this guy is recommending calcium for us elders……RUN !
What an informative talk. I had my first scan 14 years ago which showed some bone loss so I researched it and decided not take any drugs for it because of the side effects. My doctor was good about that also. He's retired and the doctor I'm seeing now (though I'll probably change) saw my 3rd and most recent scan, which showed continued loss, and recommended drugs saying the bone loss isn't reversible. Even if it continues, I'd rather have quality bones than dense, brittle bones. So glad I'm not on any other medications, preferring to go the natural route.
Did you find out why the loss is continuing... that's IMP to stop'n it.... You maybe contributing without knowing yet.... get a consultation on those latest test results while you have the op to change this.... 🙏🏼
Too much exerciser 4 children nursed= osteoporosis. Fell broke femur stem and lower anterior hip replacement . Post post op on no weight bearing left leg 🦵. Released today 50% two weeks full there after. Only positional pain the break and afterwards. Dr says I will walk no limp and dance again. 81 Yrs.
Great talk! Unfortunately most physicians refuse education. You must fix what you can and nutrition is your domain. Had my right adrenal taken in February due to its rogue behavior. This was the cause of my bone loss. Due to a proper human diet for the first time in decades my health is returning. I can literally feel it in my bones. Nutrition is paramount as an elimination to find your malfunctioning body or mind mechanism.
@@HGWellbeing It’s complex simple. Do Whole Foods that like you. To lose weight I’d juice for ten days or until I lost 10 lbs. Then I did a week of paleo/keto about 80% carnivore one meal a day with 1g per pound of my target weight of protein. I’d fast for 24 hours between consuming my protein and the next meal. If my meal got too late I’d do an extended fast reset back to 4. After about 6 months I’d dropped 80 lbs. Now days it’s probably 90% carnivore and the window is open from noon. I usually shut it at 6.
Wow I wished all doctors thought and knew what you do. I agree with your ways. I have been eating organic for over 24 years. All the cereals kids eat for breakfast is so bad too.
So informative! I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and they wanted to put me on something. I refused. I’ve been an athlete my entire life and teach group exercise classes and have always tap danced. I’m on zero medications. I don’t drink soda or alcohol or smoke. Never have. I don’t eat processed food or fried or crappy stuff. Always real food and never fast food. Ever. Don’t do vegan fake stuff either. I haven’t had dairy or gluten for 20 years. I do eat duck eggs and fish. Doctors shake their head why my bone scan showed I was so into osteoporosis. I also take magnesium and iodine and vitamin D. This prompts me to ask for those other test and really dive deep into other nutritional reasons and mineral loss reasons.
@@daliab8493 No updated. No one knows. I love in Maine and I feel it’s hard to find a doctor here that really thinks outside the box. I wish this guy could give suggestions for online doctors or tela docs.
I’m the same. I’ve been proactively working on maintaining bone density and muscle mass for 30 years so I’m shocked and now confused. If I was always exercising and eating right, what do I do now?
VA nurse here. Do you do virtual visits? Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! It has been invaluable to me! I love sharing what I learn from you with the nurses and doctors I work with. Also love sharing your information with our patients. I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and was told I have gluten sensitivity. I purchased your book no grain no pain and working on gluten free diet. I consider myself healthy. I have always exercised 5-6 times weekly and eat a healthy diet. The Rheumatologist I saw tried fear mongering to get me to agree to take Bisphosphonates. Im happy I did not and believe God led me to you. If you are taking patients I would love to schedule a virtual appointment. Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks for all you do!
Let me know if you get a virtual visit.... And get yourself a rebounder to get gentle wt bear'n exercise NASA uses.... Dr is correct, we do not move enough and our bodies are affected by the oncoming harms effect plus the diet consumptions. We need to start eating real foods, move more and be more aware of our health.

How wonderful to have someone gain so much knowledge and is willing to share it. This is the most comprehensive information I’ve ever heard on the subject of osteoporosis. It’s exactly where I’m at with my doctor. I have an appointment this month. After I get the results, I will talk about the recommendations Osborne mentions. Thank you.
Very informative and a totally different approach for me as I am being treated for Osteoporosis and Hypothyroidism I have no thyroid surgically removed. Have some issues going on and this presentation is just what I need to hear. Will be consulting with my doctor regarding some of the test I would liked ordered. Take care out there. Dr Peter Osborne thanks for the best presentation regarding osteoporosis and to avoid bone loss and nutrition ,your wealth of knowledge 👍 really valuable to public watching your presentions channel podcast God bless you 🙏 and more power to your presentions program Lucy watching in Australia
I like the way you explain this bone loss. My doctor in CA diagnosed me with osteoporosis. I've been taking Fosamax long, then had a break. When I moved to Oregon & with my new health plan & a new primary care doctor....my first visit exam & lab work I was still diagnosed of osteoporosis. The same Rx was given to me to continue & had been taken for 5 yrs,....now will have a break of 2 yrs. With your advice I will ask my new doctor what you're saying intracellular analysis. I will see what he's gonna say. I hope he would follow my request. I'm very much concern about my health to my age of 72 yrs old. I'm experiencing what you mentioned like tingling of legs, numbness, & soreness of joints/muscles, cramps. You might be right that I need some supplements necessary to supply my bone. Thank you doctor to open my eyes on this. May God guide you always...
Hi, I am a retired Respiratory Therapist with 20 plus years experience in ICU’s. I am 73, and I had compression fracture of 60% of my lumbars. Not fun, seriously changing my life. Taking Fozamax longer than 2 consecutive years is hard on kidneys, fozomax foed not build bone, but helps harden existing bone. My recovery is due to pain meds, Vit D 5000iu, K2, good quality Magnesium Glycinate, Vit A, and all the B vitamins. Hood diet, don’t smoke, and exercise as tolerated. Do not take calcium supplements, eat foods with calcium. If you supplement Calcium it will add to build up in your arteries/veins, increasing chances of strokes. If you can take testosterone supplement, it helps build new bone material. If you have fractures it’s very important. Hope it helps.
Ask about this, but my naturopath said fosomax preserved dead bone, an bones werent stronger. Did you get an improvement in more bone? Do you take anything else,?
Excellent video. My first time today. Retired nurse. I will listen again it's packed with good info.. thank you for your knowledge and honesty....so blessed I tried a new video today.
I know two ladies that were taking Fozamax for years , one 82 year old was sitting on a chair then stood up and her hip joint broke THEN she fell. The other 62 year old lifted a bag of groceries from the trunk of her car and standing there her hip joint broke THEN she fell.
My grandmother in India had 12 children. She lived till 87 and died of a stroke. She was tall and stood straight (not bent) to her last day. Never broke a bone. OTOH, I broke my left arm in a fall last summer and I’m still in some amount of pain and don’t yet have full range of motion. My opinion: my grandmother’s days were full of physical activity and that is a huge plus. In contrast, I’m a writer/editor and live in the US. Less sun exposure as well.
Get morning sun... That's IMP... And Walk more... Get a Rebounder you can setup at home if your working as a writer there... And take exercise breaks to get in 2x 10-20 min walk'n sessions on your rebounder it's a mini trampoline... NASA says 5mins walk'n on one is equivalent to 30 mins of run'n without the joint stress or sweat'n 😪... Walmart carries one with a stability bar you can hold onto so No worries get'n the Safe activity Back in your life easily... Wt. Bearing exercise is the key🗝️...why the Rebounder is so effective, it uses yours... Get go'n girl! Their fun! 🤫
@@les9058 According to another doctor (Dr. Doug Lucas) that has a lot of youtubes about osteoporosis, research shows rebounding exercise doesn't help osteoporosis that much, because it lacks impact, which is needed to stimulate bone growth. It is great for cardiovascular health and for improving balance, which help prevent falls, other aspects important to avoid the pitfalls of osteoporosis.
Thank you very much for such vital health information and open mindedness regarding patient input. I leave in Africa and some doctors get offended if a patient seems to be more informed about their illness.
Thank you so much Dr. Osborne for your major insightful, exhaustive lecture. And, for spending so much of your precious time doing so. You are truly a God-send. Multiplied blessings back to you!!!
Thank you Dr. OsBorne! I've made a huge change to my diet eating healthier, feeling better and weight loss. You are so right, as you are what you eat. Thank you for your time, honesty, teachings and caring about us! 🙏♥️👍
Very informative video. Great information here. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in spine but scan was not totally clear. GP talked me into having Prolia, had one injection. Made me as sick as, really aweful. Did my own research re treatment, care. Started on supplements, eat healthy, dont eat junk food, am active, have dog that I work with, walk daily, camping. I eat gluten free; all natural foods, cook my own meals; may have occasional wine (very little) grow my own vegetables/fruit as much as I can. I am amazed at what some people call a healthy diet. :)
Dr. Osborne, I cannot THANK YOU enough for this valuable information! I have learned a lot about from this podcast, and you have put a lot of effort and preparations to teach us.🙏🙏
What an incredible informative presentation!!! Thank you Dr. Osborne for speaking in detail (as well as your notes/presentation) about what goes 'beyond' just the DEXA scan and the medication that the physicians want to push on you. Your information is a game-changer and an eye-opener as well!!! I wish all Osteo physicians would really look at the alternatives to the 'medicine' like you have and give detailed explanations as you have as well!!! Thank you again for such a great eye-opener!!!!
Wow! This video is LOADED with in-depth information. I will need to watch again and take notes to be able to compare to the bloodwork I've already had and to request what is missing from my Doc, who is most receptive. She started me on additional protein (not so much as stated here), D, K-2, & Omega 3 in my first visit, plus referred me to the most amazing physical therapist. My first and only bone density scan at 65 (now 67) indicated osteoporosis. Bloodwork had markers for AS and malabsorption of nutrients (I'd unintentionally lost a LOT of weight and height, but no doc paid much attention to that previously). Eventually learned that I had four different anti-biotic resistant bacteria living in me that we finally eradicated, but as you've pointed out, the cure can cause other problems. I've adjusted my diet to address inflammation, so have eliminated as much as possible, wheat, most dairy, and, of course, sugar. Working on optimizing my gut health, badly debilitated by frequent antibiotic use over the decades with yummy ferments, homemade yogurt, etc. So, how do you offset the negative impact of SSRIs? I'm currently on a low dose, but I think that once I get might gut in top condition, I'll be able to eliminate them. What about OXALATES in foods like dried beans and spinach? Many other channels/sources go on about how they negate calcium absorption, so they should be avoided, though the preparation method of dried beans can remove a lot of it. My thought is that if you get enough calcium from other food sources, it shouldn't matter. Is my thinking wrong?
Great advices!!! Great info!!! You empowered us with knowledge and keep us on track regarding bone health and over all nutrition we needed for longevity!! Thank you. I appreciate your hard work! ❤ Looking forward to your next video! New subscriber here! 😃
Pls share with people who need to listen to Dr Osborne’s explanations and learn proper knowledge and proper solutions, because what he shares is proven, factual, wise, helpful and really sensible.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Dr Osborne thank you so much for this information. My endocrinologist (hypothyroid) only does Dexa scan and prescribed Zoledronic Acid injection which I took before I learned or understood how it worked on the bones. Now I will get more tests done and get more exercise, more protein, be more careful with food choices. I was eating organic, no sugar, pasture raised & finished meat, eggs, no dairy and was disappointed when my Dexa scan was worse. After you video I will rethink what I am doing and want to naturally rebuild my bone density without further medication.
Thank you for your lecture which is very helpful for everyone who has bone problem. I was just diagnosed last month with osteoporosis and my primary doctor prescribed fusomax. I have been experiencing varicose pains behind my knees as well as muscle pain on my knees and muscles. I am so thankful today that I found your video and watched it until the end. I will take some of your words. I will stop using fusomax and go on a nutritious diet. Thank you once again. Your lecture is highly appreciated.
Thanks Dr Peter Osborne for the best presentation clearly presented so knowledgeable , God bless you for sharing your professional brilliant medicinal knowledge

Bone contains piezoelectric crystals that cause a small electric charge when stress is placed on the crystal (Weight bearing exercise does this.) The body responds to stress by adding beneficial tissues to the stressed area. Bone responds by becoming more strongly flexible and by laying down a stronger mineral matrix. If nutrition is good and the person is sedenary, bone will waste away. Exercise and weight bearing activities are essential to preserve the flexibility and density of bone (Density DEPENDS upon its flexibility which depends upon active stress.)
Dr.Osborne, this is scary, the more I learn from you, the more I feel my knowledge is just a drop of the ocean, thanks ❤God bless you and your family, take care 🙏 ❤
Very interesting. I've been vegan since 1998. I'm enrolled in a vitamin D study & get the D tested twice a year. I keep my D levels between 70 and 80 ng/mL. I'm not low on calcium or any of the other nutrients mentioned between 44:20 and 48:52. I've supplemented with B12 for several years. In a recent bloodwork, my B12 was at a great level. Thyroid levels are all normal. I have the blood type that the "eat for your blood type" people say should eat meat. 🥗 I had an osteoporosis diagnosis at the age of 60, but I reversed it with diet, supplements, and exercise. Now I'm nearly 64 and most people think I'm closer to 50. I'm the only healthy person in my family. All of the other family members (for those who are still alive - several have died) are taking one or more medications for one ailment or multiple ailments. I don't know any vegan (#WFPB) women who have osteoporosis. All of the people I know, or know of, who have osteoporosis eat meat and dairy. 🐄🐔🧀
You're absolutely correct. They always outcast vegans for deficiencies when, in fact, it's the other way around. My son-in-law and his friends are all vegan bodybuilders, yet their bodies are much fitter, healthier than the meat eating group.
@@navjotnijjar8119 Several years ago I heard Jeff Novick speak (he did some work speaking & writing for the Nat'l Health Association) and he brought up some studies that included vegans where those studies followed their health for some time, and they weren't very healthy. But looking into the data further, and in particular looking at what those vegans were eating, according to Jeff they were "eating vegetarian donuts and drinking beer". The vegans I know don't eat donuts and don't drink alcohol (or drink very little). So these studies that suggest vegans aren't healthy need to be honest about what those so-called vegans have been eating. Perhaps the researchers should be more choosy when they choose their vegan subjects for their studies.
Thank you again for your excellent help with this health issue and so many others. You are helping so many people. May God bless you mightily for your helping us!
This is an excellent talk and very helpful. I have always been low in ferritin and wonder if it has weakened my 71-year-old bones. I heave heavy weights around though, walk miles, and take all those supplements. Thank you so much.
I think this is the most important video I have ever watched. Also, it wasn't clear but the vitamin K that we need to get calcium into the bones is K2 not K1. I mention that for anyone watching the video. Thank you Dr. Osborne for this video!

@lisazeng7701 no, we can only get K2 from grass I believe. So grass fed dairy and meat is very important for that reason. Someone may correct me if I'm wrong...
That’s exactly what my Dr. told me. I was feeling terrible, I felt like my bones , muscles completely diminished. When I asked her to do a vitamin deficiencies for me, she said that has nothing to do with what I was feeling. But yet, she didn’t give me a reasons why I was feeling the way I feeling. I still believe it’s a nutritional deficiency. I been doing my own things. Any information I can get will be appreciated. Thanks
So disappointed that you did not discuss the bones requirement for adequate estrogen... and how loss of estrogen is the single largest driving force behind bone loss in older women! Estrogen replaced in women over the age of t0 is a MUST!!
You are correct about estrogen's role in bone loss, but whether it is a MUST depends very much on the individual's situation AND the type of hormonal replacement. There are definite risks to HRT but it can be monitored. Also, if the estrogen therapy is stopped, the bone density reverts back to what it was prior to starting, so that means long-term use of it may be limited. I believe that HRT cannot be undertaken by those women who have had certain types of breast cancer.
I told my dr. I wanted thyroid test.....due to my endometrial lining high, missing last part of eyebrows, and sleep has been bad forever. It came back1.5. Starting gluten free diet but slowly.
My daughter is an holistic nutritionist and she keeps advising me about bone loss and the importance of exercising and eating healthy. My sister was o chemotherapy and she broke her femur, just getting out of the couch. She started calcium and vitamin D after her fracture.
Something to consider: after my second (and last) V, I lost a lot of weight fast. My hair fell out and I was quite weak. Dr's didn't help. Came to realize I was not processing my food: it was just going through my body and not getting absorbed. Bought some digestive enzymes at a health food store and started gaining weight very quickly. I have to take it with every meal at the start. So far i am up 15 lbs. Much more energy. Started taking Strontium also because some of my weight loss was from bone. Hope this helps someone.❤
If u follow good advice from this doctor and others like Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Georgia Ede, Dr Sally Norton and other ppl like Kelly Hogan and her circle of friends etc, u probably won't need to be a patient of any doctor as such. 65 years old now and feel better now in many ways since decades ago. Keep off the goyim-slop 😊 Plenty of bone-broth, eggs, fatty meats, lots of salt, whole sardines (or herring, white bait) and butter (tallow/lard). Probably best to steer clear of fruit and vegetables, carbs, fibres and sugar. Go against nearly everything u were taught and don't listen to those echoing the lies😁 Fasting seems to work well too.

Boom !
Thanks for pointing out the connection between osteoporosis and gluten sensitivity. That's something I'd never thought of
Ive been thinking & researching all of these ideas since 1980s
So pleased to see the younger generation in the medical profession gradually coming around to thinking that supplements plus healthy food is better than prescriotion drugs.

Is climbing stairs a good exercise for bone loss please?
When i watch your videos I think to myself..."Wow this one is the best so far." Then I watch another. And I say"Wow this one is the best." Your just awesome .
I have so much respect to Dr. P. Osborne. He gave us a best information how to take care of ourselves by following his advice. Thanks Dr.
Does acupuncture help bone loss?
@@RB-fz9gg it can help many things, especially balancing the body and functions. But I think deficiencies are not going to be helped by acupuncture.
They have zero n love to prescribe folic acid when your folate deficient. They are so ignorant

Thank you. Great course on PREVENTing bone loss.
Agree!
What diet ?
@@HGWellbeing It’s complex simple. Do Whole Foods that like you. To lose weight I’d juice for ten days or until I lost 10 lbs. Then I did a week of paleo/keto about 80% carnivore one meal a day with 1g per pound of my target weight of protein. I’d fast for 24 hours between consuming my protein and the next meal. If my meal got too late I’d do an extended fast reset back to 4. After about 6 months I’d dropped 80 lbs. Now days it’s probably 90% carnivore and the window is open from noon. I usually shut it at 6.
❤ … sounds like a great plan!

Excellent, systematic,organized details.
😅

It's the source of that meat & dairy that's the problem, not grass fed free range organic ones
Thank you again for your excellent help with this health issue and so many others. You are helping so many people. May God bless you mightily for your helping us!
Awesome stuff ❤
This is an excellent talk and very helpful. I have always been low in ferritin and wonder if it has weakened my 71-year-old bones. I heave heavy weights around though, walk miles, and take all those supplements. Thank you so much.
And talk it is .For bored housewives and couch potatoes
Your video is most thorough and informative! Thank you so much for posting! Excellent video!👏🥰
I think this is the most important video I have ever watched. Also, it wasn't clear but the vitamin K that we need to get calcium into the bones is K2 not K1. I mention that for anyone watching the video. Thank you Dr. Osborne for this video!
Will k1 be transformed into k2 in the body?
@@lisazeng7701 Some but the process is inefficient and doesn’t provide enough. There are specific foods that you can get k2 from. I hope this helps. I’m no doctor for sure but I have done so much searching for answers. I just wanted to help. It’s all very interesting.
@lisazeng7701 no, we can only get K2 from grass I believe. So grass fed dairy and meat is very important for that reason. Someone may correct me if I'm wrong...
@@sheilaharrington9383 yes, grass fed is the key.
We need the BIOACTIVE K2 in the form of MK-7. Surprised Dr. Osborne didn’t make this clarification.
Again a great, informative presentation.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just ordered your nutrition panel for my husband and I.
Where did you find the nutrition panel test?
On his wensite
That’s exactly what my Dr. told me. I was feeling terrible, I felt like my bones , muscles completely diminished. When I asked her to do a vitamin deficiencies for me, she said that has nothing to do with what I was feeling. But yet, she didn’t give me a reasons why I was feeling the way I feeling. I still believe it’s a nutritional deficiency. I been doing my own things. Any information I can get will be appreciated. Thanks
Some doctors have no clue.
This doctor is amazing
What kind of digestive enzymes
Another awesome video from one of the best doctor on TH-cam Thankyou Dr Osborne God bless ❤🙏🏻
Ps how does one become a patient of yours?
If u follow good advice from this doctor and others like Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Georgia Ede, Dr Sally Norton and other ppl like Kelly Hogan and her circle of friends etc, u probably won't need to be a patient of any doctor as such. 65 years old now and feel better now in many ways since decades ago. Keep off the goyim-slop 😊
Plenty of bone-broth, eggs, fatty meats, lots of salt, whole sardines (or herring, white bait) and butter (tallow/lard). Probably best to steer clear of fruit and vegetables, carbs, fibres and sugar. Go against nearly everything u were taught and don't listen to those echoing the lies😁 Fasting seems to work well too.
