3:31 Remember, if the party wipes return to starting point and run back. Every time they revived you it was with a debuff and you started the fight doing less damage (the "Weakness" debuff). You do decreased damage for 100 sec. after being raised. And remember that you can pop sprint in battle for that burst of movement to escape those AoE's.
Wait times are often killer on oceania. I highly recommend queueing for every duty on the to-do list at once in this scenario, then using the party finder rather than the duty finder if there's only one duty left you need a party for. Especially when the duty isn't a dungeon (or the level 50 alliance raids). At higher levels it gets very tough to find a party outside of peak hour if your a dps, but party finder lets people see the exact duty you want to do and what roles need to be filled to run the party - helpful players will generally show up pretty fast. Oh, and Urth;s Font is the actually close to an extreme in difficulty, so well done on completing it. There's a title you would have unlocked for the kill as well.
Had me chuckling that you managed to invite random strangers from Limsa to join and help. Its not something I would of considered attempting since I started back on WoW If you were on Crystal I would of happily joined too! ^.^
Diabolos is actually a very hard boss if you dont know what you're doing - which is pretty much every player nowadays since most... well... didnt have to run this when it was current and hence were forced to learn it the hard way since there wasnt much else to do XD Most players today get in, do it once (or rather suffer through, unless they have a nice team were at least one person knows whats up) and never return (unless they're unlucky and it pops up for their random roulette). The fight itself is a bit of a memory game: doors spawn with symbols above them, four pairs. You have to memorize ONE pair above two doors (the symbols disappear after a few moments): when he does this big attack, you run to the first door with the memorized symbol, open/click it, then run to the paired door and open that one, too. You get sucked into the second door, thereby dodge the attack and reappear in first door. Best part? The same mechanic gets revived waaaaaaay later in an optional Shadowbringers raid, so its worth to learn the principal ^.^ 8:09 --- You're not the first to look like that, you wont be the last XD "Funny" little tid bit: originally the boss for that patch was to be a "tidal wave primal" - aaaaaaaaaaaand then a Tsunami hit Japan and the devs were like "nah, cant release that now of all times", and instead we got this fuzzy halloween boss :D 10:50 --- Mount is only available on the story, but you can grind out the armor :) The sword is actually really cool: its only the heft and the blade appears when you draw it - paladin only, though ^^° 12:08 --- As a melee you get to LB about 95% of the time when its up, so asigning it to your hotbar is cruica :P
Just remember, every time you get defeated you learn a little more of the fights and get better! It's not a loss, it's an opportunity to grow! You'll be running extremes and raids before you know it! Also it's ok to ask your party for help if mechanics are holding you back, most people will gladly share their wisdom.
@@nurddiii oh that sucks, don't know much about streaming. but I do hope you could listen to them while playing because it does add so much to the experience.

Holy cow I had no idea about that debuff! Thank you warrior of light!
That Diabolos has always been a pain in every Final Fantasy it has made an appearance. Congrats on beating him.

naaah...he will be back :D
No please don’t let him come back 😂😅

Urthy boy was so brutal, definitely the hardest fight as of this point in game for me

I love that you actually took time to reply and give such thoughtful insights AND timestamp examples. You are a true warrior of light ❤
and now extreme modes :D
Urth has none, be glad
I need to work up the courage for extreme I can’t imagine it 😅😂

Extremes and raids feels like a totally different world!!
wait you were not listening to the bgm of the fights?!
I couldn’t use them in the recording because it clips my voice audio 🥰

True! The music in FF14 is 20 out of 10 is a must!
