I love your channel. I wish that you were operating on my left shoulder next month. But I have a great surgeon here in Cleveland, Ohio.

Thanks for another great video. FYI, I've been watching you at 1.25X Speed. If others prefer, TH-cam makes it easy to choose speed, faster or slower in 0.5% steps.

Your rate of speech is fine with me !!!! And cbd/thc gummies ( legal in my state ) finally gave me sleep after 5-7 months of sleepless long PAINFUL nights … ❤😊

Thx! Unfortunately I can not comment on those gummies as they are not legal in my state :-)

Great video! I take 3 mg of Melatonin now and 500 mg of Mg. I have my new ASV machine now and sleep like a baby. I do try to take in some sun every day. Without telling me, my Opthalmologist placed blue light blocking lenses intraocularly after cataract surgery so I probably need to be in sunlight more now. My shoulder is better but my hand and wrist are painful. I think I have CRPS but I'm going to trial some OT/PT before I go for the big guns of steroid shots and/or surgery etc. A video on CRPS might be interesting. Mine is slowly resolving but bad at night. I still can't make a fist 3 months post op. But I do exercise the hand and am awaiting the OT script.

Thanks for the idea. Maybe CRPS after surgery. That could be a good title

@@rotatorcuffexpert It's not an official diagnosis. I assumed it from Dr. Google but am not going to doctor for it until I've tried PT and OT.

Oh ok, well I hope it isn't that. It is very painful.

@@rotatorcuffexpert Yeah me too. Maybe time will get rid of it. But got my beta blocker cut in half. Woo hoo! Cheers to ASV.

Hello there Dr. Orcutt, I haven't seen you on TH-cam in a while but very glad your still putting out great videos. I see your changing things a bit and very happy to see that as there are many other areas that come into play with this type of surgery. I still have not had the surgery as of yet. There has been a few family issues that had to be address before hand and now that things are starting to slow down I'm looking to have the repair sometime in January or February of next year. I'm still looking at having the crimson duvet method done and sure hope it works. The only other one that will be available is a total reverse shoulder replacement which isn't something I would want being there are lots of limitations with that type of surgery. Anyway Dr. Orcutt I'm glad you putting out other very important videos that work hand in hand with a rotator cuff repair. Looking forward to seeing more information that works with these types of repairs.

Hey Jim! Thanks for the kind words. Hope all is well with your family. I am going to keep putting content out as long as there are people who are interested.

@rotatorcuffexpert Well Dr. Orcutt I am always interested in your content. You not only talk about the surgery but also after care and that stems from many aspects that we all have to deal with and you answer the questions before we really know how to word them and I thank you for that.
