Looks delicious. Quite accurate step by step instructions as I have seen it done at Food Republic Foodcourt (famous Hokkien Mee store) through the glass kitchen. After I saw the amount of oil used to fry to eggs...I walked away without ordering. Not worth the calories.
Super dish, Ah Pa makes it easy to follow! I could eat this every day!

Can prawn shells be frozen to make broth later
That’s what i do, yes
❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
👍
Ah pa is it ok if i will not put pork broth?
The taste will become thinner if with broth, u can put chicken stock for replacement
I notice you put the garlic in only toward the end of cooking. Is there a difference between putting in the beginning vs at the end of cooking?
If u like Ur garlic more spicy, put at the end
Nices long nices smell 👍👍👍
how to get rid of the bitter taste in the yellow noodles ah? I know only the handmade ones don't have bitter taste
Ah pa, thank you for sharing step by step. It would be even better if you can list down the ingredients and measurements.
Sarap

Cooking Ah Pa: my favorite noodle is laksa noodles ( those slippery white ones). Not sure if you’ve already done a video on laksa? Thanks.
Not yet
Love your videos. Stunning dish!
One tiny thing - I’d pass on the ginger and instead put in some dried little shrimps (hei bee)
Use ur own creativity, it’s ur homecook, ur style, ur decision
Cooking Ah Pa Looking forward to your take on more Singaporean/Malaysian dishes!
Leslie Lai ah pa has over 400 videos on this channel, do go through when u r free ya. Yes, Ah Pa will continue exploring more dishes for sure, tq
Is the pork lard necessary ?can I just use prawn?
U can omit the pork lard
but with lard, so much better
You should put all ingredients list in your subscription.
I smell the aroma coming from my eggs.✌✌✌
I only cook cook for one person,, how to get so many prawn head to make the broth 🙆🙆🙆🙆
Just use how many u have, plus the pork broth
Keep healthy bro Apha!! N keep it up!!
Thanks
Can this be made halal?
Can, use chicken stock to replace pork broth
@@CookingAhPa Can’t use pork fat either. Vegetable oil probably don’t give the same aroma.
thanks for sharing your videos😊
