    Ah Pa thanks so much for sharing this. I finally found big head river prawn in Australia and needed a good recipe as I wanted to do my prawns justice. I tried your recipe tonight, followed every step exactly, and my god it taste just like the hawker stall in KL. No need to go back to Malaysia already. My husband enjoyed it so much. Seriously thank you Ah Pa 🙏🏻

    Hi Ah Pa, can we use ordinary prawn for this? Would the colour therefore not be orangey as yours? 😊 I don’t think it’s easy to find this type of prawns and those with “eggs”

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  ปีที่แล้ว

      Some sea prawns has nice orangey “eggs” too

    It will be good if you could give the exact measurement like the water or pork stock :)
