I think the simple was referring to pattern? The floor and walls are black and white. Gold fittings are quite expensive and they mentioned that it's to keep to the theme of the house. And of course it's fake? They don't sell gold fitting with 24k gold for your shower.

So they just take these kind of home videos, bathroom videos, toilet videos, even the chute videos to get viewers. The cast is such a puppet, but sometimes it always goes flawed. I wouldn't say it's fake but we have a natural tendency to be a little more charismatic when we're with others or on camera. We don't know for sure how she is in real life and we shouldn't be quick to judge them. As for CNA yes it might seem weird for a news channel to be doing home videos but they get a lot of views and it's probably a sustainable means of income for them(aka allowing us to continue having good news content!). And it's good thag cna does this because they have the camera equipment and knowledge about angles to shoot a video like this. Don't you think it's jarring to compare a home tour video to an Oscar movie? It's just a chill video to give other home owners some inspiration 😁.
