    - The sofa in the living room is way too near to the TV. With such a large TV size, won't it be uncomfortable to watch?
    - No one can sit at the dining table while cooking is in progress. The heat from the cooking will make people uncomfortable. Also, am curious to know if the OSB-material wall beside the island kitchen will absorb cooking smell? Imagine it being tainted with all kinds of smell - frying, curry, salted fish etc.. hmm..
    - Personally, feel that window blinds are not practical due to the difficulty in cleaning them. The dusts gets collected on every layer and you probably have to use a cloth and wipe from left to right, repeating this many many times..nightmare..

    Not loving it. Should take the colonial look all the way through. I love old colonial charms. Very masculine with the industrial look.
